8 Troubleshooting
Fault Description
Nature of

Suggested remedy
NO RPM Speed lower than
the lower threshold
value.
Power box is in
standby mode.
Switch motor on or increase
speed.
LOW RPM Low speed. After a short period
of time the power
box could no longer
supply voltage.
Increase speed.
OVER SPEED Speed higher than
the maximum
threshold value.
After a short period
of time the power
box no longer sup-
plies voltage.
Reduce speed
If the problem persists, contact
customer service.
LOW VOLTAGE Low output voltage. Power box no
longer supplies volt-
age.
Increase speed in accord-
ance with the operating man-
ual for the power box.
Switch the power box off and
on again in accordance with
the operating manual for the
power box.
ALARM
C1 – C6
Fault Power box no
longer supplies volt-
age.
Switch the power box off and
on again in accordance with
the operating manual for the
power box.
If the problem persists, contact
customer service.
OVERLOAD Overload of pow-
ered systems
Power box no
longer supplies volt-
age
Fans continue to
run.
Reduce the connected load in
accordance with the operat-
ing manual for the power box.
Allow the power box to cool
down for a few minutes.
Switch the power box off and
on again in accordance with
the operating manual for the
power box.
SHORT CIRCUIT Short circuit in pow-
ered systems
Power box no
longer supplies volt-
age.
Fans continue to
run.
Check all connected systems
and remove the short circuit.
Switch the power box on again
in accordance with the operat-
ing manual for the power box.
