Make always sure that the crown is in the pushed-in position in order to
ensure the water resistance of the watch.
Pushbuttons A/B and crown should never be operated under water.
Calendar functions should not be applied between 11.30 pm and 5.30
am, as the automatic switching mechanisms are in progress at these pe-
riod. Pressing the pushers during this time span may damage the watch
movement.
Automatic calendar changes:
Day change: Tuesday to Sunday approx. midnight,
monday approx. 12.15 am.
Date change: Monday to Sunday approx. 2.15 am.
Moon phase change: Monday to Sunday approx. 8.00 pm.
Battery:
Operating life time of battery: 70 months
Battery type: 371 - 1.55 V

Rotate hour- and minute hands clockwise past midnight until the moon is po-
sitioned in the center of the moon phase indicator. Continue rotating hands
until 7.00 am (outside time during which calendar should not be changed).
Then use the quick change to correct the date (pusher A) and weekday (pu-
sher B) of the last full moon (see table). Then turn the hands forwards until the
current date is reached. You have just set the correct moon phase position,
the date and the day. Set the exact time now.
