8mm Stock (intercooler pipe sensor)
10mm Socket (Sensor bolt/fuel rail)
5mm Allen (manifold hardware)
3/16" Allen ( NPT plug)
11mm or 7/16" (t-bolt clamps)
Blue Loctite

Not required, but make things a bit easier to work on. We removed the factory bed to
open up the entire work area.
We removed the fuel injectors by unplugging injector connectors.
thrn removing both t30 torx screws.

there will be a assortment of zip-ties (cable ties) to cut. some are around harness that
secure them to the intake manifold. Be sure to get them all removed.
You can make sure to unplug all sensors as well,

Next, remove your intercooler (charge tube) pipe from the
throttle body side and move out of the way.
oClamp on intercooler (charge tube) pipe is a 7mm

this is how we get to the intake manifold bolts. With the upper bed cover off, shows
how easy it is to get to them. But, its 100% do-able to get them from the side.

Mounting hardware is included in kit. #11

Used loctite on NPT bard | make sure NPT
plug is loctited and tightened.
MAP sensor in intercooler pipe is a 5mm
bolt
Intake manifold MAP sensor is a 6mmx1.0
bolt. (10mm socket/wrench)

install to intake manifold.
Small amount of locktite is
recommended.
Make sure it's orientated in the
