SMANIA PET, an automatic pet drinking fountain, provides fresh, filtered water for your furry friend. Its 1.8L capacity ensures a continuous supply, and the water flow can be adjusted to your pet's preference. The included sensor detects motion and activates the pump, turning off after 30 seconds to save energy. Maintenance is simple, with a replaceable filter and easy cleaning using regular running water.

INSTALLATION

Before installation

• Take out all the packaging and items from

the inside of the fountain.

Installing the filter

• Open the fountain and remove the filter

compartment on the fountain’s cover.

• Insert one of the included filters into the

filter compartment.

• Close the compartment.

Installing the water pump

• Place the water pump inside the fountain

near the specified cable slot. Press it down

to make it stick to the casing.

• Thread the cable through the slot.

• Use the slider on the water pump to

determine the water flow (it’s marked with

+ and -).

Assembling the fountain

• When you have completed the above steps,

place the cover on the tank. Ensure that the

water pipe slots onto the pump’s outlet and

that the cable slots align.

• Insert the included pipe into the outlet on

top of the cover if you wish to have the

water flow from a higher place.

Operation

• Connect the pump’s power cable to the

power adapter and plug it into an electrical

socket. The fountain should now start

pumping water.

• If your version of the fountain comes with

the motion sensor, refer to the next

section.

Motion sensor operation

• If you have the version of the fountain with

the motion sensor, plug the pump’s power

cable into the sensor.

• Attach the sensor close to the water

fountain with the suction cup (there is a

slot for the suction cup on the back of the

sensor) or the included double-sided

adhesive dot.

• The sensor turns ON the water pump when

it senses motion in a range of 0,1–3 m. It

turns OFF again after 30 seconds.

MAINTENANCE

• Clean the water container every two weeks,

increasing the frequency depending on the

water quality and the animal’s habits.

When cleaning the container, also replace

the water filter.

• Always unplug the water pump during

maintenance.

• Use regular running water to clean the

water tank. Do not use soap or detergents

of any kind in order to protect your pet’s

health.

• Do not use abrasive materials when

cleaning.

WARNINGS

• Always unplug the water pump during

maintenance.

• Do not pull on the cord when unplugging

the fountain.

• Do not overfill. Use the markings on the

side of the water tank to determine the

optimal water level.

• Never run the water pump outside of the

water. Always fill the tank before turning on

the pump.

• Protect your pet from chewing the cords.

• The power adapter shouldn’t come into

contact with water.

WARRANTY

The warranty is valid for 24 months. You can claim it

from DFVU d.o.o., Liparjeva 6a, 1234 Mengeš,

Slovenia, for a replacement product or a refund.

bottom right corner. The product has a lifetime of 24

months from the date of collection.
