SOLE Fitness. Please follow these safety instructions.

This chapter includes precautions and fitness safeguards for the installation and use of the bench.
Please read this chapter carefully before installing or using your strength equipment.
SAFETY GUIDELINES AND PRACTICES
Dyaco Canada recommends that all fitness equipment be used in a supervised area. Additionally, it is
recommended that the equipment be located in an access-controlled area. Control is the
responsibility of the owner. The extent of control is at the discretion of the owner. The purchaser/user
of Dyaco Canada products is responsible for reading and understanding the owner's manual and
warning labels and instructing all individuals, whether end users or supervising personnel, on the
proper usage of equipment.
LIVE AREA AND TRAINING AREA
The live area shall be not less than 140 CM (55.12") greater than the training area in all directions from which
the equipment is accessed. The live area must also include a space for emergency dismount

The following fitness safeguards and operating precautions are directed to purchasers and users.
Failure to follow these safeguards may result in injury or serious health risk.
Proper Usage
Do not use any equipment in a way other than designed or intended by the manufacturer. It is
imperative that SOLE FITNESS equipment is used correctly to avoid injury.
Injuries may result if exercising improperly or excessively. Therefore, it is recommended that all
individuals consult a physician prior to commencing an exercise program. If at any time during
exercise, you feel faint, dizzy or experience pain, STOP EXERCISING and consult your physician.
Keep body parts (hands, feet, hair, etc.), clothing and jewelry away from moving parts to avoid
injury.
Follow the instructions provided in the SOLE+ app for introductory techniques.
The total load capacity for this strength equipment is 530 lbs (240 kg), including user weight.
Inspection
DO NOT use or permit the use of any equipment that is damaged and has worn or broken parts.
Only use replacement parts supplied by SOLE FITNESS or its subsidiaries.
Preventative maintenance is the key to properly operating equipment and minimizing risk of
injury. Therefore, equipment needs to be inspected at regular intervals.
Ensure that any person(s) making adjustments or performing maintenance or repairs is
qualified to do so.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE OR REPAIR ANY ACCESSORY APPROVED FOR USE WITH THE SOLE
FITNESS EQUIPMENT WHICH APPEARS TO BE DAMAGED OR WORN.
Check regularly and follow all instructions for maintenance as specified in this manual.
Replace immediately any defective parts and do not operate until all repairs are complete.
Operating Warnings
Keep all children (12 and under) away from the equipment. Teenagers (13 and over) and
individuals with disabilities must be supervised. Parents or others supervising children must
closely monitor children if the equipment is used in their presence.
Do not allow users to wear loose-fitting clothing or jewelry while using equipment. It is also
recommended to have users secure long hair back and up to avoid contact with moving parts.
All bystanders must stay clear of all users, moving parts and attached accessories and
components while the machine is in operation.
Provide an adequate safety perimeter between the bench, walls and other equipment and
ensure proper clearance for usage and training.

ASSEMBLY/ FOLDING & UNFOLDING
STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTION
UNFOLD
UNFOLD STEP 1
Place the adjustable knobs into bar hooks. Raise the rack by pulling the adjustable knob
on the top rod. After the rack is raised, tighten each knob at the bottom.
UNFOLD STEP 2
Unfold the front and rear stabilizer legs and ensure both are in place.
Tighten both adjustable knobs to lock the stabilizer legs.

UNFOLD STEP 3
Unfold the stabilizer arms, and ensure the locking clamp is fully secured.

FOLD STEP 1
Unlock the locking clamp.

Fold up the SRVO stabilizer arms and ensure they are locked in place.

FOLD STEP 3
Loosen the adjustable knob for the front and rear stabilizer. Fold the stabilizers inwards
and make sure they are locked in place.
FOLD STEP 4
Loosen the adjustable knobs at the bottom of the rack, and carefully lower the uprights
until the pull pin on the top support is secured in the corresponding hole.

WARRANTY
Dyaco Canada Inc. warrants this strength product, for the period listed below, from the date of retail sale, as determined by a sales receipt. Dyaco Canada
Inc.'s responsibilities include providing new or remanufactured parts at Dyaco Canada Inc.'s option and technical support to our independent dealers
and servicing organizations. In the absence of a dealer or service organization, these warranties will be administered by Dyaco Canada Inc. directly to a
consumer. The warranty period applies to the following components:

NORMAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CONSUMER
This warranty applies only to products in ordinary household use, and the consumer is responsible for the items listed below:
1. The warranty registration can be completed online: Go to www.dyaco.ca/warranty and complete the online warranty registration.
2. Proper use of the SRB101 SRVO complete bench in accordance with the instructions provided in this manual.
3. Expenses for making the fitness equipment accessible for servicing, including any item that was not part of the fitness equipment at the time it was
shipped from the factory.
4. Damages to the fitness equipment finish during shipping, installation or following installation.
5. Routine maintenance of this unit as specified in this manual.
EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not cover the following:
1. CONSEQUENTIAL, COLLATERAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES SUCH AS PROPERTY DAMAGE AND INCIDENTAL EXPENSES RESULTING FROM ANY
BREACH OF THIS WRITTEN OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY. Note: Some areas do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
2. Service call reimbursement to the facility. Service call reimbursement to the dealer that does not involve malfunction or defects in quality or
material, for units that are beyond the warranty period, for units that are beyond the service call reimbursement period, for fitness equipment not
requiring component replacement, or fitness equipment not in non-dues paying facility or household use.
3. Damages caused by services performed by persons other than authorized Dyaco Canada service companies; use of parts other than original Dyaco
Canada parts; or external causes such as corrosion, discoloration of paint or plastic, alterations, modifications, abuse, misuse, accident, improper
maintenance, inadequate power supply, or acts of God.
4. Products with original serial numbers that have been removed or altered.
5. Products sold, transferred, bartered, or given to a third party.
6. Products that do not have a warranty registration on file at Dyaco Canada Inc. Dyaco Canada Inc. reserves the right to request proof of purchase if no
warranty record exists for the product.
7. THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
8. Product used in prisons and correctional facilities.
9. Warranties outside of Canada may vary. Please contact your local dealer for details
SERVICE
The sales receipt establishes the labour warranty period should service be required. If service is performed, it is in your best interest to obtain and keep all
receipts. This written warranty gives you specific legal rights. Service under this warranty must be obtained by following these steps, in order:
1. Contact your selling authorized dealer or Dyaco Canada Inc.
2. If you have any questions about your new product or the warranty, contact Dyaco Canada Inc. at 1-888-707-1880.
3. Dyaco Canada's obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing, at Dyaco Canada's option, the product through one of our
authorized service centers. All repairs must be preauthorized by Dyaco Canada Inc.
4. All transportation costs, both to our factory and upon return to the purchaser, are the responsibility of the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible
for adequate packaging upon return to Dyaco Canada Inc. Dyaco Canada Inc. is not liable for damages during shipping. Make all freight damage
claims with the appropriate freight carrier. DO NOT SHIP ANY UNIT TO OUR FACTORY WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. All units
arriving without a return authorization number will be refused.
