Atlas Metal Industries BL-CU-I is a mobile corner unit that can be used to create useable customer serving areas, keep the line flowing, and provide an opportunity for more food display, leading to higher sales. It has an attractive plastic laminate panel and a stainless steel tray slide. It is constructed with hi-tensile square aluminum tubing and has a cam-lock locking system for joining multiple units together. The casters are N.S.F approved, 5” diameter, non-marking rubber tired, swivel plate casters with grease fittings. Both casters on the operator’s side have toe-activated brakes.

DESCRIPTION

thane painted panels to blend with any decor.

TOP: Constructed of 16 gauge, type 304 stainless
steel, die-formed, welded, ground and polished
to a uniform finish with rolled front edge.
BODY: Frame construction shall be of hi-tensile
s q u a re aluminum tubing, 1-1/4”, 1” and 3”
extruded, vertical radius corners. Frame sec-
tions are all welded construction, ground and
polished to a uniform finish. Body is complete
with front panel, end panels and 8-5/8” rear
a p r on of plastic laminate on .050 aluminum.
Owner to specify laminate finish. Cam-lock lock-
ing system included with each unit to align and
retain cart positioning, when two or more units
are joined.
TRAY SLIDE: Constructed of 16 gauge, type 304
stainless steel, welded, ground and polished,
with die-formed raised ribs for ease of sliding
trays. The tray slide has welded corners and
re i n f o rced sections where necessary, and is
NON-FOLDING (BL-CU-0 only).
CASTERS: N.S.F approved, 5” diameter, non-
marking rubber tired, swivel plate caster with
grease fittings. Both casters on the operator’s
side have toe activated brakes.
