What to do if... Possible causes: Solutions:
The control panel is off and the appliance does not
operate
There might be a problem with the electric power supply to the appliance.
Check that:
• there isn't a power supply failure
• the power plug is correctly inserted in the power socket and the two-pole switch, if present, is in the
correct position (on)
• the electric circuit safety devices installed in the house are fully functional
• the power supply cable is not broken
the green LEDs on the control panel are off and an
acoustic signal is heard.
Freezer door open alarm
This alarm activates when the freezer door is open for an extended time.
To deactivate the acoustic signal press the "Switch off acoustic alarms" button for 3 seconds or close the
freezer door.
The inside light does not work. The lamp might need replacing.
Disconnect the appliance from the electric power supply, check the lamp and replace with a new one if
necessary (see "Maintenance and Cleaning").
The temperature inside the compartments is not cold
enough.
There may be several causes (see "Solutions")
Check that:
• The doors are closed correctly
• The appliance is not placed near a heat source.
• the temperature set is appropriate.
• Air circulation through the ventilation grills at the bottom of the appliance is not obstructed (see
"Maintenance and Cleaning")
There is water at the bottom of the refrigerator compartment The defrost water drain is obstructed. Clean the defrost water drain hole (see "Maintenance and Cleaning").
The front edge of the appliance is hot at the door seal
edge.
This is not a fault. It is part of the design to prevent the formation of condensation. No solution is necessary.
The control panel does not operate: each time a button
is pressed an acoustic signal is heard and the green
lights flash 4 times.
The "Keypad lock" function is active. Deactivate the "Keypad lock" function as shown in the Quick Guide.
One or more green LEDs flash continuously and an
acoustic signal is heard (unless previously deactivated)
Fault Alarm
The alarm indicates that there is a fault with a technical component.
Call the authorised After-sales Service. To deactivate the acoustic signal press the "Switch off acoustic
alarms" button.

On / Stand-By
Press and hold for 3 seconds to activate/deactivate
the appliance.
Note: This operation does not disconnect the
appliance from the power supply.
Temperature of the refrigerator compartment
The three green LEDs indicate the temperature level inside the
refrigerator compartment.
A different temperature can be set pressing the "Temp. °C" button.
The following temperature adjustments are possible:

Keypad lock
Keypad lock can be activated/deactivated pressing and holding down
the "Extra Load" and "Temp. °C" buttons for three second at the
same time, until an acoustic confirmation signal is heard.
When a button is pressed while the keypad lock function is active,
an acoustic warning will be heard and the three green LEDs will
flash.
Fast Freeze (Extra load)
Press the "Extra load" button before placing the food to be frozen
inside the freezer compartment.
When this function is active, the yellow LED is on and the three
green LEDs are off.
The function will automatically deactivate after 24 hours. It can also
be deactivated manually by pressing the same button.
When this function is not active, the yellow LED is off and the set
temperature is indicated by the green LEDs.
Acoustic alarm reset
To deactivate acoustic alarms
press and hold down the
"Extra Load" button for 3
seconds.
