WARNINGS
Read the below warnings thoroughly before you start
using your earphones. Store this quick start guide and
warranty alongside with product packaging. The safety
precaution instructions reduce the risk of fire, electric
shock and injury when correctly complied to.
To reduce the risk of injury:
• Keep batteries out of reach of children.
• Do not heat, open, or dispose of battery pack in fire.
• Do not allow metal objects to touch the battery on
the device.
• Do not expose battery pack to excessive heat.
PRODUCT OVERVIEW OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
TURN ON - When you remove earbud from charging
case it will automatically turn on or Press and hold the
earbud touch control area to turn on.
TURN OFF - When you put earbud in charging case it will
automatically turn o or Press and hold the earbud touch
control area to turn o.
PAIRING
First Time Pairing - Make sure you take out BOTH
earbuds from charging case, they will turn on and pair
with each other automatically.
Then you can search for model BTWS30 in the Bluetooth
settings on your smart device, select and pair.
1. Go into Bluetooth Settings on your smart device.
2. Look for and select BTWS30.
4. Once paired, you can now listen to music from your
smart device.
NOTE - If you have pairing issues between each earphone.
Make sure to unpair with your smartphone device, turn o
both earbuds and place into charging case. Then remove
both from charging case and they should auto-sync.
STILL NOT SYNCING - If you are unable to sync
earphones together please follow “RE-SYNCING
EARPHONES” steps on page 4.
VOICE ASSIST (SMARTPHONE)
The below Voice assist instructions works depending on
your operating system.
Android (Google Assist) / Apple OS (Siri)
VOICE ASSIST - Press any earphone button (3 times) to
activate voice assist (Siri or Google Assist) on your smart
device, then proceed to talk.
CONTROLLING MEDIA
The below instructions are to be used while listening to music.
PLAY / PAUSE - Press Once (1 time) any side Earbud
to play or pause song.
PREVIOUS SONG - Press twice (2 times) LEFT Earbud to
go to previous song.
NEXT SONG - Press twice (2 times) RIGHT Earbud to go
to next song.
INCREASE VOLUME - Triple Press (3 times) RIGHT
Earbud to increase volume.
DECREASE VOLUME - Triple Press (3 times) LEFT Earbud
to decrease volume.
HANDS-FREE OPERATION
ANSWER CALL - Press any Earbud touch control once
(1 time) to answer call.
END CALL - During a call, Press any Earbud touch control
once (1 time) to end call.
REJECT CALL - Press twice (2 times) any Earbud touch
control to REJECT incoming call.
RE-SYNCING EARBUDS
Please make sure to unpair your earbuds from smart
device to focus on re-syncing earbuds to eachother.
1 - Take both earbuds out of the charging case.
2 - While the indicator lights are flashing blue, Press and
hold both earbud touch control at same time until
indicator light flashes red. (The earbuds will then turn o)
3 - After earbuds turn o, place both earbuds into
charging case, wait a few seconds then take them both
back out of charging case. The earbuds will now auto-pair.
