Our patented Carbon8 Reactor mixes water and CO2 instantly, creating an infinite stream of sparkling water.
All you need to do is use the touch button on the top of the device and sparkling water is beautifully dispensed
into any glass or bottle.
Get rid of wasteful PET bottles that need to be filled and attached to the carbonator.
The removable 2-liter water tank can be stored in your refrigerator or refilled with cold water and even ice.
A UV light is integrated into the water tank to eradicate bacteria, viruses, microcontaminants, and algae, to
ensure ultra-clean sparkling water.
Note: Products that include gas under high pressure should always be handled with care. Please read
carefully the safety guidelines and the manual of the product before using it.
Keep this user guide for further reference. Make sure to include this guide when passing on the Carbon8 to
third parties.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using electric appliances, basic precautions should always be
followed, including the following:
Read all the instructions before using the appliance.
The Carbon8 is designed and intended to private use (at home and in
the office) and is Household use only. The manufacturer only guarantees
household issues.
The manufacturer is not responsible for any consequences and faults
caused by not following the instructions.
The warranty does not cover:
Commercial use.
Negligent use or misuse of the product.
Use with incorrect voltage or current.
Use contrary to the operating instructions.
Disassembly, repair, or modification by anyone other than the
manufacturer.
Damage caused by accidents or disasters, such as fire, flood,
earthquake, war, vandalism, or theft.
Normal wear and tear.

Before the first use, rinse the water tank with lukewarm water. Alternatively, you can use a soft cleaning sponge (or cloth) and a non-irritating
detergent to clean the water tank.
SPECIAL REMINDER
1. Caution for Ultraviolet radiation: The Sparkling Water Maker is using
Ultraviolet light. Do not look at the UV light directly because this can
irritate the eyes and skin.
2. Do not use the product around flammable objects, and do not place
it next to objects that can be easily deformed by heat. The product
should not be used on surfaces such as carpets and plastic.
3. Always place the product on a dry, stable, flat, and horizontal surfa-
ce.
4. Keep the product away from heat and in or close to areas where the
surrounding temperature is relatively hot (e.g. stoves or other sour-
ces of heat). Never use the device near an open fire (such as burning
candles) or on hot surfaces.
5. Never heat the product in a microwave oven.
6. Do not touch the product with sharp or abrasive objects to avoid
damaging the inner liner of the water tank and the surface of
the product. Under no circumstances use aggressive cleaning
agents, cleaning alcohol, or other chemical solutions since these
can penetrate the housing or impair functionality.
7. To reduce the risk of electrical shock, Do not immerse key parts
such as the main body, power cord, and power plug in water or
other liquids. It is not allowed to rinse the main body with water,
to prevent the water from leaking into the electrical circuit and
causing malfunctions. Do not place or store appliance where it
can fall or be pulled into a tub or sink.
8. Do not attempt to repair, disassemble or assemble the main
body or the power cord of this product by yourself.

Carbon8 is not responsible and liable for
incidental or consequential damages. The only
remedy for the consumer is to have the product
repaired or replaced according to the terms
and conditions of this warranty. Some local
laws may not allow the exclusion or limitation
of these damages, so these exclusions do not
apply to you.
If Carbon8 or its authorized agents determi-
ne that the malfunction or damage to your
Sparkling Water Maker is not covered by the
warranty, Carbon8 will repair the Sparkling
Water Maker only upon payment of the deter-
mined repair charge.
Your Sparkling Water Maker has been desig-
ned to operate with a Carbon8 CO2 Cylinder.
The use of another CO2 Cylinder is not
recommended as they may not be compati-
ble with a Carbon8 Sparkling Water Maker.
Damages resulting from the use of a cylinder
other than the Carbon8 CO2 Cylinder or the
use of the Carbon8 CO2 Cylinder not fo-
llowing the instructions included in this user
guide are not covered by the warranty.

A representative will give you specific instruc-
tions on how to arrange for the shipment of
your machine, at your expense, to one of our
authorized service centers. Only Carbon8, or its

LIMITED WARRANTY
We want you to be completely happy with your Carbon8 Sparkling Water
Maker.
Therefore, we’ve taken great care to ensure its quality and safety. But in
the unlikely event that something goes wrong with your machine within
1 (one) year of purchase (or according to specific country laws), and
we determine the problem is due to faulty workmanship or materials,
Carbon8 will repair or replace the product free of charge within the
limitations set out in this warranty.
Carbon8 may replace your Sparkling Water Maker with a reconditioned
Sparkling Water Maker, or an equivalent one if the model you purchased
is no longer available. No refunds shall be given. This limited warranty
is available to consumers who purchased the Sparkling Water Maker for
personal, family, or household use.
This warranty does not apply if the product is damaged due to:
Abuse, misuse, alteration of the Sparkling Water Maker, not following
the guidelines mentioned in this user guide, or commercial use.
Carbonating liquids other than water.
Normal wear and tear.
Modification, or repair made by anyone except by Carbon8.
The use of CO2 Cylinders other than those approved by Carbon8
Damages were caused using a faulty gas cylinder.
Accident, shipment, or anything other than normal household use.

1. Do not carbonate anything other than water. Other liquids can con-
taminate and clog internal parts, potentially resulting in excessive
pressure and serious injury.
Do not leave the Product unattended. To reduce the risk of injury, clo-
se supervision is necessary when an appliance is used near children.
The Sparkling Water Maker is not a toy. Keep and store it out of the
reach of small children.
Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after
the appliance malfunctions or is dropped or damaged in any man-
ner. Return appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for
examination, repair, or electrical or mechanical adjustment.
2. This product must use a grounded mains socket with a rated voltage
of 120V, 60Hz. The plug must be fully inserted into the mains socket
to prevent the plug from being overheated and burnt out due to poor
contact, resulting in a short circuit or a fire.
3. The Sparkling Water Maker can be used by children and persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning the use of the device safely and they unders-
tand the resulting hazards.
4. Children should always be supervised to ensure that they do not
play with this appliance. Cleaning and maintaining this product
should not be done by children without proper supervision.
5. Do not transport the Sparkling Water Maker with the gas cylinder
attached. Always unscrew the gas cylinder during transport. Protect
the product against vibrations and shocks during transport.
6. Only use attachments recommended or sold by the manufacturer.
7. Do not use outdoors.
8. To disconnect, turn all controls to the off (“O”) position, then remove
plug from outlet.
9. Do not unplug by pulling on cord. To unplug, grasp the plug, not the
cord.
10. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before servicing or cleaning.
11. To Reduce the Risk of Electric Shock, this appliance has a polarized
plug (one blade is wider than the other). This plug will fit in a pola-
rized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet,
reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician
to install the proper outlet. Do not change the plug in any way.
CO2 CYLINDER
To reduce the risk of a CO2 leak, personal injury, and property
damage:
Never use a CO2 Cylinder if damaged. Inspect the CO2
Cylinder and CO2 Cylinder valve before use for dents, punctures,
or other damage. If damaged, contact Carbon8.
Do not manipulate the CO2 Cylinder in any way, including
puncturing, incinerating, or removing the valve.
Do not expose the CO2 Cylinder to heat above 120°F / 50°C,
protect it from sunlight and store it in a well-ventilated area.
Do not remove the CO2 Cylinder from the Sparkling Water Maker
when it is being operated.
Do not handle or remove a CO2 Cylinder while it is discharging CO2.
In the event of a CO2 leak, ventilate the area, breathe fresh air
and if feeling unwell seek immediate medical attention.

KEEPING YOUR SPARKLING WATER MAKER
BEAUTIFUL AND CLEAN
This carbonator is made of brushed aluminum. To clean your
carbonator we recommend using a micro fiber cloth and water. If
needed you could use some mild soap. Do not use strong detergents
or a cleanser with an abrasive substance.
To clean the water tank use clean lukewarm water with a mild
detergent. If using a dishwasher brush, make sure the brush is
intended to be used for cleaning plastic bottles and do not leave any
scratches. Do not use solvents, strong detergents, or cleansers with
abrasive substances. Do not wash the water tank in a dishwasher.
Remove the drip cover from the tray, dump excess water, and rinse
and dry.

GAS, UV DISINFECTION,
AND WATER FILTER
Our CO2 comes from renewable sources within the agricultural
industry in the United States. That’s because we extract our CO2 from a
source that’s already being released into the atmosphere, rather than
introducing new, unnecessary CO2 that would negatively impact the
environment.
Our CO2 is harvested from the atmosphere using biogas generators
that recapture methane gas that would have been emitted into the
atmosphere by decomposing organic materials.
One step further, it is then purified and certified safe to become a
food-grade gas for sparkling water machines.
UV light is integrated into the water tank to eradicate bacteria, viruses,
micro contaminants, and algae, for clean sparkling water.
Carbon8 is the only Sparkling Water Maker and dispenser
that also offers a filter technology that allows you to use
tap water.
Available in Spring 2023.
The UV disinfection function automatically runs while carbonating
and dispensing the water and will stop as you lift your finger from
the touch control.
Even though the UV light will automatically shut off after you remove
your finger, make sure to not look at the light directly. UV light can
irritate the eyes and skin.

Start
carbonating
Click and Sip. Now that your water tank is filled with cold water or
even water with ice we are ready to create instant sparkling water.
Different from other carbonators, you don’t have to adjust the
carbonation by giving it multiple pumps to reach a sophisticated
medium-high carbonation level.
The disinfection function will automatically run and the ambient
light will be shining into the glass throughout the carbonation
process.
Press and hold the touch screen button on the top and after
a 2-second delay, sparkling water will flow into your glass or
bottle until the desired sparkling water amount is reached. Lift
your finger to stop with a 1-second delay.
Note that the pump and carbon reactor will charge while
carbonating, and you will hear a humming sound. This is
normal. There is also a small splashy discharge in the end to
purge the line.
We recommend using taller glasses or to hold smaller glasses
closer to the spout to avoid splashes. Some drizzles are normal
as we are using an infinity stream that instantly creates bubbles
into your glass.

SETUP AND INSTALL
THE CO2 CYLINDER
Set the Carbon8 onto the rubber drip mat and Plug the power cord into a
grounded mains socket with a rated voltage of 120V / 60Hz. Make sure the Touch Button light is on.
Remove the magnetic Drip Tray and the CO2 cover.
Remove the seal and the cover from the Carbon8 CO2 cylinder.
Push the cylinder up and screw it clockwise while applying pressure until it is firmly held in place.
Tilt it back into the body of the Sparkling Water Maker. Hand-tighten only; DO NOT use tools.
Re-attach the cover by fitting the tab at the top of the cover into the slot on top. Push gently the
cover into place. Finally, put the Drip Tray back into place.
When you need to replace the gas cylinder, remove the tray and cover. Grab the bottom of the
cylinder with your index finger and thumb and tilt the cylinder out. Unscrew it counterclockwise
and then carefully pull it out of the compartment.

Fill the
Water tank
When re-inserted correctly, there is no gap between the bottom
of the tank and the base. Do not carbonate if the tank is not
resting on the base.
Even though Carbon8 works with room temperature water, cold
water carbonates better. Add some ice into the tank or keep the
water tank in the fridge, so you have one ready to carbonate.
Before the first use, rinse the water tank with lukewarm
water. Alternatively, you can use a soft cleaning sponge (or
cloth) and a non-irritating detergent to clean the water tank.
Open the cover and fill the water tank with cold, clean water
up to the marked filling line.
WARNING! Do not carbonate anything other than water. Other
liquids can contaminate and clog the internal parts,
potentially resulting in excessive pressure and serious injury.
To remove the water tank for filling or refrigerated storing,
push the tank back and up.
The Snap-Lock will release the tank, and you can lift it
vertically up.
