Care and maintenance
Always wipe off the roller after use to avoid any corrosion to the
drum and/or frame. Use a damp cloth only; do not use any
cleaners.
Make sure the roller belt is disengaged or fold up the roller after
use. Leaving the belt engaged on the drums will cause the belt to
lose its tension over time.
Make sure all fasteners are tightened onto the roller frame, and
keep all other fasteners snug. Do not overtighten any fasteners
or you will risk damaging the frame.
PVC ROLLER MODELS: Do NOT expose your roller to
direct sunlight or excessive heat for extended periods as the
drums may warp.

PRECAUTIONS
THE FORK STAND ALLOWS YOU TO USE THE ROLLER AS A
TRAINING DEVICE BY ASSISTING YOU WITH BALANCE.
BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO RIDE A ROLLER WITHOUT THE
STABILIZER YOU MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH ALL
APPLICABLE INSTRUCTIONS AND PRECAUTIONS. A
ROLLER IS FOR INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED CYCLISTS
ONLY. IF YOU ARE UNFAMILIAR AND UNTRAINED IN HOW
TO RIDE A ROLLER, SEEK EXPERIENCED, SUPERVISED
HELP AND READ “RIDING TIPS”
USE ONLY ON A FLAT AND LEVEL FLOOR.
DO NOT USE IN DUSTY OR DIRTY CONDITIONS.
AT ALL TIMES PROTECT THE ROLLER DRUMS FROM
DAMAGE DURING USE AND HANDLING.
Follow instructions provided with your roller to adjust the front
drum to the longest position (if you will be using a shorter-
wheelbase bike) or to the shortest position (if you will be using a
longer-wheelbase bike). In any case, the front roller drum should
clear the stabilizer when it is installed on the roller frame.
Assemble the stabilizer to the frame with 4 J-bolts and knobs as
shown in the sketch. Keep the J-bolts loose as you adjust you r bike
so that the rear wheel cradles properly between the rear drums.
Tighten the J-bolts with the knobs. DON’T use any tools to tighten
any more or you will damage the J-bolts or the roller frame.
Remove your front wheel and assemble your bike to the
skewer using the standard adjustment procedure for quick-
release skewers. If you are unfamiliar with how to adjust
quick-release skewers, please seek professional assistance.
