be possible to restart it. At that time the projector resides in standby mode.

1.2 Solution for this problem
Introduction
The solution for the lock-up problem is to perform an upgrade of the software to ver sion
1.41.60 or higher.
We encourage to do this upgrade preventively, but it can be performed at the moment the
projector is blocked due to this problem a s well.
Necessary tools
• LCD/DLP Projector Code Control Program
• iD LR/NR-6 software version 1.41.60 or higher
How to upgrade the softwar e ?
1. Connect the PC to the projector v ia the RS232 port, using a straight c able
2. Switch the projector to standby
3.Start the LCD/DLP Projector Code Control Program

5. Click the Browse button, select the software source file (.bin) and hit Open

6. Press the Download button to start the download/upgrade process.

Tip: In the window you can see the progress of the upgrade. This upgrade can take 20
minutes or more, depending on the baudrate settings.
Caution:Do not interrupt the download/upgrade procedure!
A successful download is indicated by a green spot in the right bottom corner of the
download interface
A non-successful download is indicated by a red spot in the right bottom corner. Retry
to download the n ew s oftware!
