Adjusting the Volume
Use the following procedure to adjust the volume:
1) [Turn] the volume knob, located to the right of the
power switch, to adjust the volume.
(Refer to Owner’s Manual-page 16, for “Adjusting
the volume”.)
Selecting a Sound/Tone
Use the following procedure to select any of the eight
Sound/Tone:
1) [PRESS] a desired Sound/Tone
(Refer to Owner’s Manual-page 16, for “Selecting
Sounds/Tone”.)
Listening to the Demonstration Songs
Use the following procedure to listen to one of the
three Demo Songs:
1) [PRESS] and [HOLD] the function button, and
press the [DEMO] button. (Playback will begin.)
2) During playback, you can advance to the next
song by pressing the [DEMO] button.
3) To [STOP] playback, press the [DEMO] button.

to demo songs and song list”.)
Adding Reverberation
Use the following procedure to select Reverb:
1) Use the [REVERB] knob to adjust the amount of
the reverb effect.
(Refer to Owner’s Manual-page 20, for “Adding
Reverberation”.)
Using Baroque Pitch
Use the following procedure to use the Baroque
pitch:
1) Press the [BAROQUE PITCH] button.

Selecting a Temperament
Use the following procedure to select one of the eight
Temperaments:
1) Press the [TEMPERAMENT] button to select one
of the eight Temperaments.
Note: At power-up, the C-80 Digital Harpsichord
always reverts to [Equal], the default
temperament
(Refer to Owner’s Manual-page 18, for “Selecting
a Temperament”. )
Transposing the keyboard
Use the following procedure to Transpose:
1) Hold down the [FUNCTION] button.
2) Press the [NOTE] that corresponds to the desired
key.
(Refer to Owner’s Manual-page 25, for
“Transposing the keyboard” information.)
Raising / Lowering the Keyboard by an
Octave:
Use the following procedure to raise or lower the
keyboard by an Octave:
1) Hold down the [FUNCTION] button.
2) Press either the [UP] button or [DOWN] button.
