CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS HINT
Do not use benzene, thinner or scouring powder.
Use only soap (
pH7) or neutral household detergent.
Do not use water hotter than 40°C.
To ensure optimal performance of the unit, cleaning
maintenance has to be carried out at regular intervals.
Dirty unit may cause malfunction and you may see error
code “H99”. Please consult authorized dealer.

ANTI-BACTERIAL FILTER
Anti-bacterial lter.
Clean the lter whenever necessary.
Wash/rinse the lter gently with water to avoid damage
to the lter.
Dry the lter thoroughly under shade, away from re or
direct sunlight.
Replace the lter every 10 years or replace any
damaged lter.

HRVATSKI
Sljedeće situacije nisu naznaka kvara.
Uređaj se zaustavlja i pokazivač mjerača vremena TIMER treperi.
U SLUČAJU PROBLEMA
SIMPTOM UZROK
Iz unutarnje jedinice izlazi maglica. Posljedica kondenzacije zbog postupka hlađenja.
Tijekom rada čuje se zvuk protjecanja vode. Protok rashladnog sredstva u uređaju.
Prostorija ima neobičan miris. Razlog može biti miris vlage u zidu, sagu,
namještaju ili tkanini.
Unutarnji ventilator se zaustavlja tijekom postavke
automatske brzine ventilatora.
To pomaže uklanjanju okolnih mirisa.
Protok zraka nastavlja se čak i nakon prestanka rada. Izvlačenje preostale topline iz unutarnje jedinice
(maksimalno 30 sekundi).
Rad počinje nekoliko minuta nakon ponovnog pokretanja
uređaja.
Odgoda znači zaštitu kompresora uređaja.
Iz vanjske jedinice izlaze voda/para. Na cijevima se javlja kondenzacija ili isparavanje.
Pokazivač mjerača vremena TIMER uvijek je uključen. Postavke mjerača vremena ponavljaju se
svakodnevno nakon što ih jednom postavite.
Pokazivač ukljenosti POWER treperi u načinu rada HEAT
(grijanje) bez dovenja toplog zraka (i žaluzina je zatvorena).
Uređaj je u načinu odmrzavanja (a pomicanje
žaluzine AIR SWING postavljeno je na AUTO).
Unutarnji se ventilator s vremena na vrijeme zaustavlja
tijekom grijanja.
Radi izbjegavanja neželjenog hlađenja.
Pokazivač uključenosti POWER treperi prije nego što se
uređaj uključi.
To je prethodni korak u pripremi za rad kada je
postavljen mjerač vremena za uključivanje.
Tijekom rada čuje se zvuk pucketanja. Promjene temperature uzrokuju širenje/stezanje uređaja.
Prije poziva serviseru provjerite sljedeće.
SIMPTOM PROVJERA
Grijanje/hlađenje ne radi učinkovito. Ispravno postavite temperaturu.
Zatvorite sva vrata i prozore.
Očistite ili zamijenite ltre.
Očistite prepreke na otvorima dovoda zraka i
ventilima odvoda zraka.
Bučan rad. Provjerite je li uređaj postavljen na neravnoj površini.
Dobro zatvorite prednju ploču.
Daljinski upravljač ne radi.
(Zaslon je zamagljen ili je prijenos signala slab.)
Ispravno umetnite baterije.
Zamijenite prazne baterije.
Uređaj ne radi. Provjerite je li prekidač oštećen.
Provjerite jesu li mjerači vremena postavljeni.
Uređaj ne prima signal daljinskog upravljača. Pobrinite se da prijamnik nije zaklonjen.
Odrena uorescentna svjetla mogu ometati odašilj
signala. Posavjetujte se s ovltenim dobavljem.

TROUBLESHOOTING
The following symptoms do not indicate malfunction.
SYMPTOM CAUSE
Mist emerges from indoor unit. • Condensation effect due to cooling process.
Water owing sound during operation. • Refrigerant ow inside the unit.
The room has a peculiar odor. • This may be due to damp smell emitted by the wall,
carpet, furniture or clothing.
Indoor fan stops occasionally during automatic fan speed
setting.
• This helps to remove the surrounding odours.
Air ow continues even after operation has stopped. • Extraction of remaining heat from the indoor unit
(maximum 30 seconds).
Operation is delayed a few minutes after restarting. • The delay is a protection to the unit’s compressor.
Outdoor unit emits water/steam. • Condensation or evaporation occurs on pipes.
TIMER indicator is always on. • The timer setting repeats daily once set.
POWER indicator blinks during HEAT mode with no warm
air supply (and louver is closed).
• The unit is in defrost mode (and AIR SWING is set to
AUTO).
Indoor fan stops occasionally during heating operation. • To avoid unintended cooling effect.
POWER indicator blinks before the unit is switched on. • This is a preliminary step in preparation for the operation
when the ON timer has been set.
Cracking sound during operation. • Changes of temperature caused the expansion/
contraction of the unit.
2 or more human activity indicator turns on simultaneously. • Judgement of heat source and movement area in
progress.
Check the following before calling for servicing.
SYMPTOM CHECK
Heating/Cooling operation is not working ef ciently. Set the temperature correctly.
Close all doors and windows.
Clean or replace the lters.
Clear any obstruction at the air inlet and air outlet vents.
Noisy during operation. • Check if the unit has been installed at an incline.
Close the front panel properly.
Remote control does not work.
(Display is dim or transmission signal is weak.)
• Insert the batteries correctly.
Replace weak batteries.
The unit does not work. • Check if the circuit breaker is tripped.
Check if timers have been set.
The unit does not receive the signal from the remote
control.
• Make sure the receiver is not obstructed.
Certain uorescent lights may interfere with signal
transmitter. Please consult authorized dealer.
The unit stops and the TIMER indicator blinks.
Use remote control to retrieve error code.
