Emerson DS Belts

Emerson DS Belts are designed to provide superior strength and stretch resistance, making them ideal for use in demanding applications.

With a 100% neoprene rubber compound, these belts offer increased strength, reduced wear, and improved flexibility. Four fabric plies on the top and bottom relieve stress on load-carrying cords, adding to their durability.

Emerson DS Belts are machined, matched, and tagged as a set for optimal life performance. Their raw-edge belt sidewalls provide a better grip on pulleys, minimizing belt slip, noise, and drive vibration.

Liebert DS models incorporate an automatic self-tensioning
motor base which keeps constant tension on belts while
maintaining good sheave and pulley alignment.
As part of the improved air delivery system, Liebert
developed a new belt offering for the DS. This improved
belt design increases belt life and reduces belt dust.
