VA700 VIDEO AMPLIFIER
© 2001 Directed Electronics, Inc.
The VA700 converts a single video input
into seven separate video outputs. Each
of the outputs are amplified to main-
tain signal quality. This allows for
expansion of a single video source up
to seven monitors.
INSTALLATION
1. Connect the video source RCA to
the VIDEO IN RCA connector.
2. Connect the video monitors to any
of the seven VIDEO OUT RCA con-
nectors.
3. Power input:
(+)12 Volt - Connect the
terminal to a (+)12 volt
source that has power when
the key is in the accessory
and ignition position.
Always fuse appropriately.
Ground - Connect to chassis
ground.
4. Power output:
These are outputs for an
additional VA700. DO NOT use
this output to power monitors
or source units. It is strictly
for low-current applications.
