Please check whether the USB interface and keyboard connected properly, then replug
into you computer.
Please remove the keycaps and clean it , then you can put it back. Please don't use the
water to clean the keyboard directly.

Please press FN + key to turn off the backlit, Usually you need to press three times.
Turn the key WASD to Arrow Up/Down/Leſt/Right, then press FN + W
to go back to factory mode.
