2 Measurements and result displays
During an amplifier measurement, I/Q data from the input signal is captured for a
specified time or for a specified record length. In addition, a reference signal is provi-
ded that describes the characteristics of the input signal. The Amplifier measurement
application synchronizes the measured signal and compares it with the ideal reference
signal, and determines deviations in characteristic parameters. These parameters can
either be displayed as traces, in a table, or be evaluated statistically over a series of
measurements.

2.1 Evaluation methods for amplifier measurements
The data that was measured by the Amplifier measurement application can be evalu-
ated using various different methods.
By default, the amplifier measurement results are displayed in the following windows:
