There are no user serviceable parts, if the unit fails, consult a
qualified electrician, a repair centre or contact the supplier if
the unit is under warranty.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the

PLEASE NOTE: Before use, ensure that the Air Fryer is used in
an open, well ventilated area well away from other
appliances and other obstructions.
Do not use the Air Fryer in front of, near or below

Before the First Use of Your Air Fryer
Remove all packing materials and discard responsibly.
Ensure all parts are present see Description of Parts above.
Check that there is no damage to the mains cable or product.
Ensure that you clean your Air Fryer before first and every use with a damp cloth
and dry thoroughly.
Whilst using your Air Fryer for the first time you may notice a little smoke and
odour; this is normal and simply the grease used during manufacture and will
soon pass.
Using the Control Panel
Cooking Pre-Sets (11) The Air Fryer is pre-programmed with 8 pre-sets (for
further information please see below Cooking Pre-sets section). Select one of the
8 pre-sets using the corresponding button and the pre-programmed time and
temperature will be set. The cooking process will start automatically 5 seconds
after the pre-set has been selected, or the Start/Pause (18) can be pressed to start
immediately. You can override the pre-sets by increasing or decreasing both the
time and temperature accordingly.
Basket Control Right (12) This button will select the Air Fryer Basket Right (4) to
programme the desired setting, time and temperature.
Time Controls (13) - These buttons enable you to select exact cooking time to the
minute. The timer can be adjusted from 1 minute to 60 minutes in all modes
except when dehydrating, which uses 1 hour increments and an operating time or
1-24hours. To adjust the cooking time use the + or to increase or decrease the
cooking time in 1 minute increments or alternatively press and hold to increase
time at a greater rate.
Power (14) - Once the appliance is plugged in, a tone will sound and the Control
Panel (2) will illuminate. The Power (14) button will illuminate red, indicating that
the unit is powered on. Selecting the Power (14) button once, a tone will sound
and the Power (14) will illuminate green and then both the Basket Control Left
(20) and Basket Control Right (12) will illuminate. When in operation, press the
Power (14) button to turn both the Basket Control Left (20) and Basket Control
Right (12) off.
Dual Cook (15) This button allows you to duplicate the settings, time and
temperature for both the Air Fryer Basket Right (4) and Air Fryer Basket Left (10).
Alternatively you can select the Dual Cook (15) to program both baskets at the

same time, by pressing the Dual Cook (15) once and then adjusting the time and
temperature accordingly for each basket.
Shake (16) This button can be used on all cooking pre-sets with the exception of
the Pizza, Baking and Dehydrate settings. When selected the air fryer will sound
with a tone 5 times at around two thirds of the set cooking time, to serve as a
reminder to remove the basket and shake the contents of the basket. Press Shake
(16) at any point during operation to turn the setting off and the Shake (16) will no
longer illuminate.
This setting will not work if the cooking time set is less than 3 minutes.
Sync Finish (17) This button can be used to set both baskets to complete cooking
process at the same time. Pre-set both baskets to the desired cooking time and
temperature (this can differ i.e. if cooking chicken nuggets in the Air Fryer Basket
Right (4) and chips in the Air Fryer Basket Left (10) and then press the Sync Finish
(17) button to set. The LED Digital Display (21) will show ‘HOLD’ as the air fryer
synchronizes the final cooking times. The air fryer will begin operation with the
basket set to the longer cooking period starting first and then the second basket
will commence at the set time to ensure that both basket cooking times conclude
at the same point.
This setting cannot be selected when the air fryer has begun cooking process.
Start/Pause (18) This button can be used to start and/or pause the cooking
process at any point during operation.
Temperature Controls (13) - These buttons enable you to select the desired
cooking temperature. The temperature can be adjusted from 80 degrees Celsius to
200 degrees Celsius. To adjust the cooking temperature use the + or to increase
or decrease the cooking time in 5 degree Celsius increments or alternatively press
and hold to increase temperature at a greater rate..
Basket Control Left (20) This button will select the Air Fryer Basket Left (10) to
programme the desired setting, time and temperature.
LED Digital Display (21) The display will alternate between showing the
temperature and the cooking time remaining during the cooking process.

Instructions for use
1. Place the air fryer on a solid, level, heat resistant surface clear
of all obstructions as described above.
2. Insert the mains plug into a suitable socket outlet.
WARNING! Take care whilst handling the Air Fryer Baskets, use of Oven
Gloves are recommended.
3. Remove the Air Fryer Basket Right (4) and Air Fryer
Basket Left (10) by pulling the corresponding Basket
Handle (5&9). Ensure that both Trivets (6&8) are placed in
the bottom of the corresponding air fryer basket as shown
left.
4. Replace the Air Fryer Basket into the Air Fryer ensuring that it is pushed fully
home.
The Air Fryer will not function if the Air Fryer Basket is not placed fully into
the Air Fryer.

5. Ensure that both of the Trivets (6&8) are fitted with the four silicone feet
before inserting it into the bottom of the corresponding Air Fryer Basket.
The Trivets (6&8) must be fitted to the base of each Air Fryer Basket as they
lifts the food clear of the base and provide air circulation around the food for
efficient cooking.
Cooking with Your Air Fryer
1. Carefully remove the Air Fryer Basket to be used from the Air Fryer. The Air Fryer
can be used with either a single drawer or both drawers in operation. Ensure that
the Trivets (6&8) is placed in the bottom of the corresponding Air Fryer Basket.
DO NOT remove the silicon feet from the Trivet as they hold the trivet in place
and prevent damage to the cooking pot.
2. Place the food to be cooked into the Air Fryer Basket ensuring that there is
adequate room left for the air to circulate, Do not fill to the brim. Insert the
basket back into the air fryer ensuring that the basket is pushed fully home.
The Air Fryer will not operate if the Air Fryer Basket is removed or not
pushed all the way in.
3. Press the Power (14) button, a tone will sound and
both the Power (14), Basket Control Right (12) and
Basket Control Left (20) will illuminate.
4. Select the Basket Control Right (12), Basket Control
Left (20) or Dual Cook (15) to the required mode, a
tone will sound and then the default time and
temperature will flash alternately on the LED Digital
Display (21).
5. For single basket cooking press the Start/Pause (18)
to start the cooking process.
6. For dual basket cooking select the remaining basket
control and the controls pre-sets will now illuminate,
select the desired pre-set or cooking time and
temperature for your chosen recipe.

7. Press the Start/Pause (18) to start the cooking process.
8. At the end of the cooking time the time on LED Digital Display (21) will reach
00:00, the LED Digital Display (21) will then show ‘Cool Cool’ whilst the unit
cools. The LED Digital Display (21) will then show ‘End End’ and beep 5 times
indicating that the contents can now be removed.
9. Remove the Air Fryer Basket/s and serve. (Place the pot on a heat proof surface
if it is put down during serving).
WARNING! Take care whilst handling the Air Fryer Baskets, use of Oven
Gloves are recommended.
DO NOT use metal cooking tools with this Air Fryer as damage may occur to the
non-stick coating. Only use wooden or plastic (nylon) tools with your Air Fryer.
Cooking with the Sync Finish
1. Press the Power (14) button, a tone will sound and both the Power (14), Basket
Control Right (12) and Basket Control Left (20) will illuminate.
2. Press the Basket Control Left (20) and select from one of the Cooking Pre-Sets
(11) or alternatively select both the cooking time and temperature for the
chosen recipe.
3. Press the Basket Control Right (12) and select from one of the Cooking Pre-Sets
(11) or alternatively select both the cooking time and temperature for the
chosen recipe.
4. Press the Sync Finish (17) to ensure that both baskets will complete cooking
process at the same time.
5. Press the Start/Pause (18) to start the cooking process.
6. ‘Hold’ will appear on the basket with the shortest set
cooking time.
7. At the end of the cooking time the time on LED Digital Display (21) will reach
00:00, the LED Digital Display (21) will then show ‘Cool Cool’ whilst the unit
cools. The LED Digital Display (21) will then show ‘End End’ and beep 5 times
indicating that the contents can now be removed.
8. Remove the Air Fryer Basket/s and serve. (Place the pot on a heat proof surface
if it is put down during serving).

Cooking with the Dual Cook
1. Follow the above steps to set the Air Fryer Basket Left (10) to the desired
Cooking Pre-Sets (11) or alternatively select both the cooking time and
temperature for the chosen recipe.
2. Press the Dual Cook (15) button to duplicate the set
cooking time and temperature on the Air Fryer
Basket Right (4).
3. Press the Start/Pause (18) to start the cooking process.
Cleaning and Maintenance of Your Air Fryer
Always unplug the Air Fryer from the mains supply and allow to cool before
cleaning.
DO NOT clean any part of the Air Fryer in a dishwasher NOT dishwasher safe.
DO NOT submerge any part of the main body, the mains cable or mains plug in
water or any other liquids.
Wipe excess oil from the Air Fryer Baskets and Trivets with kitchen roll or
similar.
Wipe the main body of the Air Fryer clean using a soft, damp cloth.
The Air Fryer Baskets and Trivets can be washed in warm soapy water, rinse and
dry thoroughly before reusing.
Never clean any part of the Air Fryer with harsh or abrasive cleaners.
After cleaning, allow the product to thoroughly dry before re-use.
Hints and Tips
This household Litre Air Fryer cooks using very little or no cooking oil for
healthier cooking.
If a little oil is required for extra browning for example, use a moderate amount
of spray type cooking oil.
DO NOT fill your Air Fryer with cooking oil as this will cause a fire and scolding
hazard.
The Air Fryer will quickly cook your food using rapid cycling airflow of hot air.
DO NOT use metal cooking tools or harsh abrasive chemicals with this Air Fryer
as damage may occur to the non-stick coating. Only use wooden or plastic
(nylon) tools with your Air Fryer.

Non-Wireable Mains Plug
If your appliance is supplied with a non-wireable plug fitted to the mains lead
and should the fuse need replacing, you must use an ASTA approved one
(conforming to BS 1362 of the same rating). If in doubt, consult a qualified
