We can completely rebuild worn parts, refabricate components and
overhaul the complete package, including frame and cylinders. Our
OEM expertise can extend compressor service life for much longer
than you might expect.
Compressor overhaul
• Inspect complete unit, including compressor cylinders,
lubrication system and frame assembly
• Rebuild compressor frame and replace parts with new
OEM components
• Repair compressor cylinders, liners, pistons, rods, bearings,
packing case, crosshead assembly, connecting rods and
falsehead assembly
• Inspect lubrication system and replace pump and filter
Valve reconditioning
• Disassemble, clean and inspect
• Review all tolerances and critical dimensions
• Machine valve seats and guards back to original specifications
• Replace all internal components as required
• Air test all valves for leakage
• Complete protective packaging for long-term storage
Packing case reconditioning
• Disassemble, clean and inspect
• Machine and lap all cups to ensure flatness

Piston and piston rod reconditioning
• Clean, inspect and analyze all pistons and rods
• Resurface piston rods with proven specialty coatings designed
for your specific application requirements
• Replace with new pistons and/or rods as required
• Complete reassembly and installation
Semi-annual compressor inspection
• Remove and inspect compressor valves for leakage
• Inspect piston and liner
• Check crosshead clearance
• Inspect packing and packing case
• Change oil and filter
• Take oil sample
Annual compressor frame inspection
• Change oil filters, clean compressor base and flush lines
• Remove compressor rod and main bearings, inspect and check
tolerance
• Remove compressor crosshead shoes, pin and bushing, inspect
and check tolerance
• Inspect balance weights
• Inspect compressor oil pump
• Check crankshaft end thrust
• Check bolt torque in critical areas (cylinder head, connection to
frame, etc.)
• Measure frame deflection
Annual compressor cylinder inspection
• Remove and inspect compressor valves
• Inspect piston rings
• Check piston-to-liner clearance
• Check and adjust piston-to-cylinder head clearance
• Inspect piston rod
• Install new rod packing
• Inspect packing case
• Tighten and adjust all frame distance piece, crosshead guide and
bottle supports
• Take scheduled oil sample and provide report
