Tilt Tension Control Seat Depth/Recline Position
Height Adjustment/Tilt Lock
Activate Swing Arms
Custom Arm Pad
• Height Adjustment/Tilt Lock: Twist the paddle to adjust the seat height - up or down.
Press button to lock the tilt upright; press again to unlock the tilt.
• Tilt Tension Control: Twist to adjust the strength of tension for your chair if you choose to not lock into place.
• Seat Depth/Recline Position: Twist the paddle to slide the seat forward or backward.
Press button to adjust and lock into one of 5 upright positions.
• Activate Swing Arm: Press up under the swing arms to activate - now swing your arms out of the way.
• Custom Arm Pad: With your hand simply move the arm pad to your preferred position.

• Lumbar Support Adjustment: Squeeze to inflate. Open the valve to deflate
• Backrest Height Adjustment: Place hands on the bottom and lift to desired height. Lifting all the way up allows the backrest to
return to the lowest position.
