A. Safety instructions and Accident Prevention

1. Safety devices

Do not repair,maintane or install the machine without having removed the safety

devices,and make sure to cut the power off (unplug the machine).

Only turn off the switch is not enough for cutting off the power.

After finished your work and before restart the machine,make sure to adjust the

safety devices to its start position.

2. Operator

During operating the saw, misuse will result in danger. So only let appropriate

staff operate the machine.No one under the age of 16 shoud be allowed to operate

the saw.(see the Third chapter"operating Instructions".)

Personal protection must be assured by wearing safety apparels, goggles and

aural protecting devices, such as earplug.

3. Working areas and installation of the machine

The machine should be installed on smooth and solid floor with enough stretching

space. Eliminate all the barriers on the workplace. So that the wood can be

conveyed smoothly. Avoid slippery floor conditions by scattering sand or other

substances.

The wood chips and sawdust could be cleaned timely.

4. Preparation

Notice the running direction of the saw before it starts to work. The arrow shows

the running direction of the saw(facing the operator side ). See the Third chapter

"Operating Instruction".

Make sure the blade is sharp and has been rectified. To do soyou can not only

save electricitybut also protect notor .

Avoiding unsatisfied working resultnever use damaged or unshaped blade.The

saw will stop running within 15 minutes after cut off the power.(After stop

runningthe motor will sound for few minutesthis is normal phenomenon.

Important Instructions

If the power has already been cut offbut the saw still running after 15 minutes

at mostlater . Let expert skilled staff do electric examinationcheck whether

the fuse-wire has been fired or need replacement.

B. Operating Instructions

Notice:

1. Assure the brake-switch work formallyyou should use five wick cable.

2. Never restart the machine during braking.

3. Pay attention to the running direction of the machine, and rectify the connecting

plug with direction-exchanger.

1. Do not operate the machine until you have read and understood these instructions.

aBefore connect the machine with electricityplease check whether there are

damages on the machineand make sure all screws have been tighten.

bMake sure to check whether there are damages on the cable, such as scratched

or cracked parts.

cCheck the machine to see whether there are impurities or other things that can

be tossed when start the machine.

dMake sure to remove the objects nearby the machine which can be touched by

the running blade.

2. The operator should possess relevant knowledge. No one under the age of 16

should be allowed to operate the machine.Do not operate the machine under the

effect of narcotic like alcohol,etc.

3. Do not use this machine to do its unsuitable work or to do works that are not

comply with the "operating instructions" on this manual.

4. Please make sure to comply with the safety rules, accidental prevention,

operation, fuction and maintenance/repairment instructions. Any changes must

be permitted by our company in written form.

5. Never leave the machine without cutting off the power (unplug the machine). Do

not allow unskilled staff to operate the machine.

Quality Guarantee:

The time limit of quality guarantee of the materials and motor are 24 months.

Easily harmful parts like blades are not confined to this time limit.

This style of saw equiped with big efficiency motor.The blade is drived directly

by the motor, and be fixed on the motor by the lock flange and clamp flange, so the

blake can not slide.The machine body is flat metal construction which coated with

power. The operating system of the saw alleviates the work force.

Notice:

Diameter of the lengthened cable is 1.5mm2, If the length is over 20m, its

diameter is 2mm2.

Make sure to cut off power during braking.

Starting needs at least 1 minute!

Operating Instructions:

The structure of the log trough is inverted-hook style.This style is designed for

preventing the log from sliding during working.Push the log into the trough with your

right hand before the machine starts to work(arrow A)Press the trough with your

upper leg can alleviate the work force of you right arm.

When you push forward the log through,the blade is driven by its protecting

system, it will spring back to its start position(the blade is completely covered).

Step 1:

1. Connect Stand plate A (34#) and Front plate A (30#) and Back plate B (25#)

with hexagon bolt & washer & nut.

2. Connect Stand plate B (23#) and Front plate A (30#) and Back plate B (25#)

with hexagon bolt & washer & nut.

3. Connect Front plate C (29#) with Stand plate A (34#) and Back plate B (25#)

respectively with hexagon bolt & washer & nut.

4. Connect Upper plate D (24#) with Stand plate A (34#) and Stand plate B (23#)

with hexagon bolt & washer & nut.

5. Connect Lower switch plate (26#) with Front plate A/Back plate B/Stand plate

A/Stand plate B with hexagon bolt & washer & nut.

Step 2:

1. Assemble Rocker Table (13#) and Inner Blade cover (4#) with bolt & screw

nut.

2. Connect Safety Guard (7#) to Rocker Table with hexagon bolt/washer/screw

nut.

Step 3:

1. Assemble the Big Blade Cover (35#) to Motor Bracket with hexagon

bolt/washer/screw nut.

2. Connect Blade Supporting plate( 1#) to Big Blade Cover with hexagon

bolt/washer/screw nut.

Step 4

1.Put the Bracket (3#) into the Wheel axle, connect Rocker table and Inner blade

cover and Stand with hexagon bolt & washer & nut.

2.Put wheel into the axle and put into the stop.

3.Assemble Push Handle to table with hexagon bolt & washer & nut.

BEFORE STARTING.check and fill engine with approximately 0.6 litres

SAE10W-30 oil.Fill the fuel tank with 93+octane unleadedgasoline

NOTE:This engine includes an automatic low oil shutdown

sensor that disables the engine if the oil level is too low

Starting the Engine:

1. Open The Gas Valve By Moving To The Right.

Close The Choke By Moving it To The Left.

Note:If The Engine Is Already Hot,It Is Not Necessary To Close The Choke.

Open The Throttle By Moving To The Left(Rabbit Symbol) See Bottom Photo.

2. Turn The Engine Switch To The On Position.

3. Gently Pull The Recoil Starter Handle Until It Engages,Then Pull It

All The Way Out In A Rapid Pull.May Take 5 pulls To Start.

Once The Engine Starts,Move The Choke To 1/2 choke Position.

After 15 Seconds,Open Choke By Moving To Right.

Note:Moving The Choke Too Fast Can Kill The Engine.

4. Adjust The Throttle To The Speed You Desire.

IMPORTANT:Allow The Engine To Warm Up With No Load For At Least

1Minute after Each Start-Up.

Stopping the Enging:

1. Move The Throttle Lever To The Right (Idle Position).

2. Turn The Engine Switch To The OFF Position.

3. Close The Gas Valve By Moving To The Left.
