General Instructions
PLEASE, TAKE TIME TO READ WELL THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
PARTICULARLY BEFORE THE FIRST USE.
A misuse of the appliance can damage it or hurt the user. Assure that
you use the appliance for the use for which it is designed; we refuse
any responsibilities as for the damages by an incorrect use or a bad
manipulation.
1. Before use check that the voltage of your wall outlet
correspond to the rated voltage manner.
2. Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or after
malfunction or has been damaged in any manner.
3. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons
in order to avoid a hazard. (*)
4. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter or touch
hot surface.
5. To reduce the risk of electric shock, never operate this
product with wet hands, spill liquid in the product or
submerge it in water
6. Close supervision is necessary when your appliance is being
used near children or infirm persons.
7. Do not place an appliance on or near a hot gas or on a heated
oven.

8. Do not use the product outdoors (household use only).
9. Do not touch the cutting blades and do not insert any kind of
object (knives, forks, spoons etc.) into the bowl while the
product is operating. A spatula may be used only when the
product is not in operation, avoiding the risk of serious
injury.
10. Never operate the product when the bowl is empty and do
not remove the bowl lid before the blades come to a
complete stop.
11. This appliance is designed to chop small quantities of food,
under no circumstances should the bowl be overfilled.
12. The appliance shall not be used by children.
13. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
14. Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they
understand the hazards involved.
15. Children shall not play with the appliance.
16. The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of
external timer or separate remote control system.
17. Do not use the appliance when it is empty. Always operate
the unit with the cover in position.
18. Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left
unattended and before assembling, disassembling or
cleaning.

20. Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before
changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
21. There is potential injury for misuse.
22. Regarding the instructions for cleaning surfaces in contact
with food or oil, thanks to refer to the below paragraph
"cleaning" in manual.
23. It is absolutely necessary to keep this appliance clean at all
times as it comes into direct contact with food.
24. Care shall be taken when handling the sharp cutting blades,
emptying the bowl and during cleaning.
25. Regarding the instructions for the use of accessories,
operation times and speed settings, thanks to refer to the
below paragraphs.
26. This appliance is intended to be used in household and
similar applications such as:
staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other
working environments
farm houses
by clients in hotels, motels and other
residential type environments
bed and breakfast type environments
(*) Competent qualified electrician: after sales department of the producer or importer or any person who
is qualified, approved and competent to perform this kind of repairs in order to avoid all danger. In any case
you should return the appliance to this electrician.

SPECIAL MEASURES
- Warning:
- Care is needed when handling cutting blades, especially when
emptying the bowl or during cleaning.
- The plastic bowl cannot be used in a microwave.
- The plastic bowl cannot be heated directly or through hot
water.
- Handle the blade with care: it is very sharp.
- The appliance is only permitted to use 30 seconds. Before it is
used again, it must cool down enough.

USING YOUR APPLIANCE
1. Before first use, bowl, plate and blade should be washed in warm soapy water.
2. Place the bowl on the base.
3. Place the blade onto the blade supporting pin.
4. Cut your ingredients in small pieces and place them inside the bowl.
5. Place the plate on the bowl until it sets in place and covers the blade insert.
6. Replace the motor unit onto the plate, the unit may not turn.
7. Plug the cord.
8. Hold the bowl with one hand and press downwards with the other hand, the appliance starts up
immediately.
9. Warning! The chopper is only intended for short-time duty up to 30 seconds ON / 2 minutes OFF to
chop some meat.
10. If you want, you can press lower the turbo button for higher processing speed.
11. Unplug the appliance, and wait for the blade to stop completely.
12. Remove the processed food from the bowl.
13. Remove the motor block, the plate and the blade.
Note: thanks to the emulsifying disk (5), you can whip cream.
Repeat above stages but insert the beater on the blade block (4).

HELPFUL HINTS
1. Be sure to put blades into place before filling the bowl with food.
2. If blade does not move freely anymore or stops completely, immediately release pression on motor
block, disassemble and remove the obstruction.
3. If blade does not reach full speed, instantly stop and remove some of the food.
4. Even chopping is achieved by using uniformly sized pieces of food.
CLEANING AND STORAGE
Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
To clean, wipe the surface of the appliance with a damp cloth, if necessary add a little dishwashing liquid,
then dry thoroughly. Never immerse it into water and do not use any proprietary cleaner.
The automatic dishwasher should not be used for cleaning.
Blade can be washed under warm running water, bowl and plate with warm water and dishwashing
liquid.
The appliance should be frequently used. If not used for a long-term time, it should be stored in a dry
and ventilated place to prevent the motor from dampness.
