Power Requirements
Tools with double insulation are equipped with a polarized plug
(one prong is wider than the other). This plug will only fit in the right way into a
polarized outlet. If the plug cannot be introduced into the outlet, reverse the plug. If
it still doesn’t fit, call a qualified electrician to install for you a polarized outlet. Do
not alter the plug in any way. Double insulation eliminates the need of both a
grounded third power cord with three prongs or a grounded power connection.
When using an extension cable, verify the gauge is enough for

• Never operate the tool when you are
tired, ill, or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or
medication.
• Wear appropriate clothing to operate the tool:
tight-fitting clothing, heavy pants, non-skid safety boots,
heavy-duty protective gloves, hearing protection, and
safety glasses with side shields per ANSI Z87.1, as well as a
dust mask or face shield to prevent breathing in harmful
debris.
• Remove any loose clothing or
accessories that could be caught in the motor. Pull your
hair back so that it is above shoulder level.
• Make sure the tool is in perfect condition. Do not start
the tool if it is improperly adjusted or not fully assembled
so that it will operate safely.
• Make sure the tool is clean, dry and free of oil.
• Make sure the work area is in an open, well-ventilated
area.
• In extreme temperatures check for ice formation or
condensation on the tool.

Considerations for the use of batteries
Batteries charge
• The batteries come DISCHARGED from the factory. They
will need to be charged for approximately 1.5 hours before
use.
• The normal charging temperature is from 32 °F to 113 °F
Out of that range the load is suspended automatically until it
reaches the correct temperature, the normal discharge /
working temperature is 32 °F to 167 °F
If 167 °F is exceeded the electronic control shuts off power to
the tool until the temperature reaches the optimum
temperature range again. When the battery is under normal
voltage during work, the tool stops working.
• Between each charge, give the charger 15 minutes of rest.
• In a hot environment or after prolonged use, the battery
may become too hot to recharge. Allow the battery to cool
down before attempting to recharge it.
1. Connect the charger plug to a 127 V~.
2. Insert the batteries into the charger by sliding them as
shown in the picture. The red light should illuminate,
indicating that charging has started.
• When the batteries are fully charged, the green light will
turn on and the red light will turn off.
• Disconnect the charger from the power supply when
charging is complete.
• If the red-light flashes, it is a sign that the battery is
defective. Replace it with a new one.
• If the green light flashes it is a sign that the battery
temperature is below 32 °F or above 113 °F
Wait until the battery temperature is in the proper range
to charge the battery.

automatically stops the tool to prolong both its useful life and
that of the batteries, this happens in the following cases:
Overload. When the tool is forced, the battery consumes

• To switch on the unit: press the switch (A) to start the
unit.
To interrupt its use, release the switch.
• If you wish to operate the machine continuously, press
the lock button (B) while holding down the trigger (A).
This will allow you to release the trigger pressure while
working.

turbo button (C). The air pulse only lasts for 1 second
and is useful for blowing out objects that are embedded
in surfaces or difficult to move.

• Inspeccione regularmente todos los tornillos de montaje
y asegúrese de que estén apretados correctamente. En
caso de que alguno de los tornillos esté suelto, apriételo
inmediatamente.
• Use un paño limpio y suave para limpiar la herramienta.
Nunca use alcohol o detergente. Remueva las baterías
antes de limpiarlas.
• Nunca utilice gasolina, bencina, disolvente, alcohol o
similares. Podrían producir decoloraciones, deformaciones
o grietas.
• Coloque la funda de la cuchilla para que ésta no quede
expuesta.
• Guarde la herramienta fuera del alcance de los niños,
en un lugar no expuesto a la humedad o a la lluvia.
Limpieza y cuidados Almacenaje
El servicio de las herramientas debe ser realizado
únicamente en un Centro de Servicio Autorizado
. El servicio y mantenimiento
realizado por personas no calificadas puede resultar
peligroso y llegar a ocasionar daños personales además
de invalidar la garantía del producto.

Los aparatos eléctricos y las baterías no deben desecharse junto con los desperdicios domésticos. Por favor, entregue
este aparato, así como sus baterías con los contactos aislados con tela adhesiva a un centro de reciclaje. Verifique la

• Para encender el equipo: presione el interruptor (A)
para hacer que el equipo empiece a funcionar.
Para interrumpir su uso, suelte el interruptor.
• Si desea operar la maquina de forma continua,
presione el botón de bloqueo (B) mientras mantiene
presionado el gatillo (A). Esto le permitira liberar la
presión del gatillo mientras trabaja.
• Para aumentar el volumen de aire momentáneamente,
presione el botón turbo (C). El impulso de aire
solamente dura 1 segundo y sirve para soplar objetos
incrustados en superficies o difíciles de mover.
Encendido
• Con ambos pies firmemente en el piso y su cuerpo
bien equilibrado sostenga el equipo por el mango.
• Con la boquilla sopladora apuntando hacia abajo y
lejos de sus pies, encienda el equipo.
• Realice movimientos de lado a lado girando la cintura
para que el aire expulsado por la boquilla empuje los
residuos a barrer.
• Empuje los residuos hasta hacer una pila.
• Para no esparcir los residuos de la pila, sople alrededor
de las orillas exteriores de la pila de desechos. No sople
hacia el centro de la pila.
• Para reducir los niveles de ruido, limite la cantidad de
sopladoras utilizadas al mismo tiempo.
• Use la sopladora en horarios razonables, pare evitar
molestar a otras personas con el ruido.
• Después de usar la sopladora, deseche los residuos de
manera adecuada.

Boquillas/extensiones
• Para ensamblar las boquillas/extensiones, haga coincidir
las ranuras internas de las conexiones hembra (A) con los
topes de las conexiones macho (B), conecte y gire para
asegurar la conexión.
De acuerdo a sus necesidades instale una o dos boquillas.
Arnés
• Monte el arnés en la sopladora asegurando sus dos
extremos en los orificios en las bases del mango.

Preparación
Consideraciones para el uso de baterías
Carga de las baterías
• Las baterías vienen DESCARGADAS de fábrica. Será
necesario cargarlas aproximadamente 1.5 horas antes de
usarlas.
• La temperatura normal de carga es de 0 °C a 45 °C
Fuera de este rango se suspende la carga automáticamente
hasta que alcance la temperatura correcta. La temperatura
normal de descarga / trabajo es de 0 °C a 75 °C
Si los 75 °C se exceden, el control electrónico apaga la
energía de la herramienta hasta que la temperatura alcance
de nuevo el rango óptimo de temperatura. Cuando la batería
está debajo de la tensión normal durante el trabajo, la
herramienta deja de funcionar.
• Entre cada carga, dé al cargador 15 minutos de descanso.
• Después de un uso prolongado o en ambientes cálidos, la
batería podría calentarse demasiado para ser recargada.
Permita que la batería se enfríe antes de intentar recargarla.
• La herramienta está equipada con un
sistema que detiene automáticamente la herramienta para
prolongar tanto su vida útil como la de las baterías, esto
sucede en los siguientes casos:
Sobrecarga. Cuando se fuerza la herramienta la batería
consume niveles de corriente anormalmente altos. Suspenda
el trabajo de sobreesfuerzo y encienda de nuevo la
herramienta.
Sobrecalentamiento. Deje que la herramienta y la batería
se enfríen antes de volver a encenderla.
Sobredescarga. El nivel de la batería no es suficiente. En
este caso, retire y cargue las baterías.
1. Conecte la clavija del cargador en un tomacorriente de
127 V~.
2. Inserte las baterías en el cargador deslizándola como se
muestra en la imagen. La luz roja deberá encenderse,
indicando que la carga se ha iniciado.
• Cuando las baterías se encuentren completamente
cargada, la luz verde se encenderá y la roja se apagará.
• Desconecte el cargador de la corriente una vez
concluida la carga.
• Si la luz roja se mantiene encendida superando el
tiempo de carga recomendado o si la luz roja y verde
parpadean alternativamente es señal de que la batería
está defectuosa, reemplácela por una nueva.
• Si la luz roja parpadea es señal de que la temperatura
de la batería es menor a 0 °C o mayor a 45 °C
Espere a que la temperatura de la batería se encuentre en
el rango adecuado para poder cargarla.
• Una vez cargadas las baterías, insértelas en sus
respectivos receptáculos detrás del mango principal.
• Deslice la batería en su receptáculo hasta escuchar un
click para asegurarse de que estén bien colocadas.
• Para retirar las baterías presione el seguro (A) y deslice la
batería hacia afuera.
• Para asegurarse de que las baterías estén cargadas
presione el botón indicador (B) al lado de cada batería. El
color de la luz indica el nivel de carga.

Advertencias de Seguridad
para uso de sopladoras
Cuando la batería no esté en uso, manténgala alejado de
objetos metálicos como clips, monedas, llaves, tornillería o
cualquier objeto que pueda hacer conexión entre las terminales.
Un cortocircuito entre las terminales puede ocasionar quemaduras o incendio.
En condiciones severas, puede derramarse líquido de la batería;
evite el contacto. Si hay contacto accidental, lave la zona con
agua. Si hay contacto con los ojos, busque ayuda médica.
El líquido derramado puede causar irritación o quemaduras.
Servicio
Repare la herramienta en un Centro de Servicio Autorizado
usando sólo piezas de repuesto idénticas.
Para mantener la seguridad de la herramienta.
• Nunca utilice la herramienta cuando
esté cansado, enfermo, o se encuentre bajo los efectos de
alguna droga, alcohol o medicamento.
• Equípese con ropa adecuada para operar la herramien-
ta: ropa ajustada, pantalones gruesos, botas de seguridad
antideslizantes, guantes protectores para trabajo pesado,
protección para los oidos y anteojos de seguridad con
protección lateral bajo la norma ANSI Z87.1, así como de
mascarilla contra polvo o careta para evitar respirar
residuos dañinos.
• Retírese cualquier accesorio o
ropa holgada que pueda ser atrapado por el motor.
Recójase el cabello para que quede por arriba del nivel de
los hombros.
• Asegúrese de que la herramienta se encuentre en
perfectas condiciones. No la encienda si se encuentra mal
ajustada o no está armada completamente de manera que
funcione de forma segura.
• Asegúrese de que la herramienta se encuentren limpia,
seca y libre de aceite.
• Asegúrese de que el área de trabajo se encuentra en
una área abierta y bien ventilada.
• En temperaturas extremas revise que no hayan
formaciones de hielo o condensación en la herramienta.
• Asegúrese de que la visibilidad y las condiciones de luz
sean adecuadas para ver claramente, de lo contrario no
utilice la herramienta.
• Asegúrese de que la boquilla no
esté apuntando a alguna persona o animal antes de
arrancar el motor. Nunca apunte la sopladora a personas
o animales.
• Sostenga la sopladora debidamente y con ambos pies
apoyados firmemente en el piso.
• Mantenga alejada la herramienta de materiales inflamables.
• No intente hacer ajustes a la herramienta con el motor
en marcha.
• No intente retirar material atascado en el interior de los
tubos o la sopladora con el motor encendido.
Desconéctela antes de retirar el material.
• Esté atento a riesgos en su entorno, el ruido de la
