1. Please read the Assembly Instructions prior to assembling the unit.

2. To avoid damage, assemble the unit on a sturdy, level and non-abrasive surface.

3. Keep all hardware part out of reach of children.

4. Please wait until all steps are completed before tightening bolts.

5. Make sure all bolts are tightly fastened before the unit is used.

MAXIMUM WEIGHTS INDICATED. USE WITH LOADS HEAVIER THAN THE

MAXIMUM WEIGHTS INDICATED MAY RESULT IN INSTABILITY CAUSING

This product is sold with Tip Restraint Hardware kit. You must install the Tipping Restraint Hardware

between the wall and the tower to prevent any accidents or damages. When properly installed, this

restraint can provide protection against the unexpected tipping of the unit due to small tremors, bumps

or climbing. The restraint is only a deterrent and is not a substitute for proper adult supervision. Use of

tip-over restraints may only reduce, but not eliminate, the risk of tip-over.

Assembly Instructions

NOTE: Please do not fully tighten all bolts until you finish assembling all parts. Once assembled, go back

and fully tighten all bolts. This will make it easier during assembly of unit.

1. Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and required parts listed.

2. Locate TOP PANEL (D) on a level and protective surface with the threaded inserts facing up.

3. Align and attach two TOP MOLDINGS (E) to the TOP PANEL (D) using two 1-1/4” BOLTS (2) with

LOCK WASHERS (4) and FLAT WASHERS (5). Make sure the cleats face inward.

4. Fasten one SHELF FRAME MOLDING (F) to each UPPER SHELF FRAME (I) with two 1” BOLTS (7).

5. Attach two LONG WOOD TRIMS (G) to the DESK TOP FRAME (H) using six 1-1/4” BOLTS (2) with

WASHERS (4 and 5). Make sure the protruding edge of the WOOD TRIMS and the metal tabs on DESK

TOP FRAME point toward the same direction.

6. Locate TOWER LEFT FRAME (B) on a protected surface with the threaded inserts facing up. Align and

attach TOP PANEL ASSEMBLY to the TOWER LEFT FRAME (B) by using two 1-1/2” BOLTS (3) with WASHERS

(4 and 5) through the cleat hole on TOP MOLDINGS (E). Make sure the top edges are flush with each other.

7. Fasten 2 UPPER SHELF FRAMES (I) to the TOWER LEFT FRAME (B) with four 1-1/4” BOLTS (2) as

shown. Make sure the SHELF FRAME MOLDING (F) is away from the pre-drilled large holes.

8. Align and attach the DESK TOP FRAME (H) to the middle of TOWER LEFT FRAME (B) by using two

1-1/2” BOLTS (3) with WASHERS (4 and 5) through the pre-drilled holes on DESK TOP FRAME and

inserting two 3/4” BOLTS (1) with WASHERS (4 and 5) through the metal tabs and screw into the

threaded inserts. Make sure the metal tabs will face the floor when the desk is turned upright.

9. Screw the BOTTOM SHELF FRAME (J) using two 1-1/4” BOLTS (2) through WASHERS (4 and 5) into

the threaded inserts on the TOWER LEFT FRAME (B).

10. Insert 4 ROUND SHAFTS (K) into pre-drilled large holes on the TOWER LEFT FRAME (B).

11. Repeat the same procedure to attach the TOWER RIGHT FRAME (A) at the other end.

12. Stand the unit upright.

13. Align and attach DESK SIDE FRAME (C) to the DESK TOP FRAME (H) using two 1-1/2” BOLTS (3)

with WASHERS (4 and 5). DO NOT tighten the bolts in this step.

14. Align and attach BOTTOM STRETCHER (L) between the TOWER SIDE FRAME (A or B) and DESK

SIDE FRAME (C) as needed, using two 3/4” BOLTS (1) with WASHERS (4 and 5) through the end

brackets into place. Go back and securely tighten all bolts.

15. Evenly place the GLASS BUMPERS (6) on the DESK TOP FRAME (H), UPPER and BOTTOM

SHELF FRAMES (I and J) as shown above.

16. Set the DESK GLASS TOP (M) and GLASS SHELVES (N) in place with the black side of glass down

onto the GLASS BUMPER (6).

NOTE: If glass is scratched you can minimize the damage by using a BLACK marker and filling in

scratched area from underneath.

Assembly Instructions

Tools required: Allen Wrench (provided), Phillips Screwdriver, Mallet, Power Drill, and 3/8” Drill Bit.

17. Go back and tighten all bolts with enclosed ALLEN WRENCH.

18. If necessary, adjust the FLOOR LEVELERS pre-attached at the bottom of the unit to level the unit.

19. Position the assembled desk in your desired location against a wall. Now follow the instructions printed

on the plastic bag containing the TIPPING RESTRAINT HARDWARE to mount the tipping restraint to

the top rail of tower frame and the wall.

NOTE: YOU MUST USE THIS TIPPING RESTRAINT TO ATTACH THIS UNIT TO THE WALL,

TO PREVENT ACCIDENTS AND/OR INJURIES.

Care and Maintenance

 Use a soft, clean cloth that will not scratch the surface when dusting.

 Use of furniture polish is not necessary. Should you choose to use polish, test first in an

inconspicuous area.

 Using solvents of any kind on your furniture may damage your furniture’s finish.

 Never use water to clean your furniture as it may cause damage to the finish.

 Always use coasters under beverage glasses and flowerpots.

 Liquid spills should be removed immediately. Using a soft clean cloth, blot the spill gently. Avoid

rubbing.

 Always use protective pads under hot dishes and plates. Heat can cause chemical changes that may

create spotting within the furniture finish.

 Stains or marks from crayons or ink markers will be difficult to remove.

 In the event that your furniture is stained or otherwise damaged during use, we recommend that

you call a professional to repair your furniture.

 Check bolts/screws periodically and tighten them if necessary.

Further advice about wood furniture care

It is best to keep your furniture in a climate-controlled environment. Extreme temperature and

humidity changes can cause fading, warping, shrinking and splitting of wood. It is advised to keep

furniture away from direct sunlight as sun may damage the finish.

Proper care and cleaning at home will extend the life of your purchase. Following these important and

helpful tips will enhance your furniture as it ages.

A Touch-up Pen has been provided to repair any small nicks or scratches that may occur during

assembly or shipping.
