ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
LifeGear Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in
material and workmanship when used for the purpose intended, under the conditions that it
has been installed and operated in accordance with LifeGear's Owner's Manual. LifeGear's
obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing free of charge, any parts
which may prove to be defective under normal home use. This warranty does not include
any damage caused by improper operation, misuse or commercial application.
From the date of purchase, the frame is warranted to be free from defects for 1 (one) year.
This warranty is offered only to the original owner and is not transferable. Proof of
purchase is required.
When ordering replacement parts please have the following information ready:

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Basic precautions should always be followed, including the following important
safety instructions when using this equipment. Read all instructions before using
this equipment.
1. Read all instructions and follow it carefully before using this equipment. Make sure the
equipment is properly assembled and tightened before use.
2. Before exercise, in order to avoid injuring the muscle, warm-up exercises are
recommended.
3. Please make sure all parts are not damaged and fixed well before use. This
equipment should be placed on a flat surface when using. Using a mat or other
covering material on the ground is recommended.
4. Please wear proper clothes and shoes when using this equipment; do not wear clothes
that may catch any part of the equipment; remember to tighten the pedaling straps.
5. Do not attempt any maintenance or adjustments other than those described in this
manual. Should any problems arise, discontinue use and consult your local dealer.
6. Do not use the equipment outdoors.
7. This equipment is for household use only. It is not a commercial model.
8. Only one person at a time should use this equipment.
9. If you feel any chest pains, nausea, dizziness, or short of breath, you should stop
exercising immediately and consult your physician before continuing.
10. Care should be taken in mounting or dismounting the equipment.
11. Do not allow children to use or play on the equipment. Keep children and pets away
from the equipment while in use. This machine is designed for adults use only. The
minimum free space required for safe operation is not less than two meters.
12. The maximum weight capacity for this product is 110 kgs.

physician. This is especially important for the people who are over 35 years old or
who have pre-existing health problems. Read all instructions before using any
fitness equipment.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
Position the Front Stabilizer (11) in front of the Main Frame (13) and align bolt holes.
Attach the Front Stabilizer (11) onto the front curve of the Main Frame (13) with two Carriage
Bolts (2), two Curve Washers (4), two Spring Washers (5), and two Cap Nuts (6). Tighten
cap nuts with the Multi Hex Tool provided.

STEP 2
Position the Rear Stabilizer (3) behind the Rear Main Frame (36) and align bolt holes.
Attach the Rear Stabilizer (3) onto the rear curve of the Rear Main Frame (36) with two
Carriage Bolts (2), two Curve Washers (4), two Spring Washers (5), and two Cap Nuts (6).
Tighten cap nuts with the Multi Hex Tool provided.

STEP 3
Remove six Hexagon Socket Pan Head Cap Bolts (8), six Spring Washers (5), and six
Washers (9) from the Rear Main Frame (36). Remove bolts with the Allen Wrench with
Phillips Screwdriver provided.
STEP 4
Connect the Extension Hand Pulse Sensor Wires B (15B) from the Main Frame (13) to the
Extension Hand Pulse Sensor Wires CI (15C) from the Front Rear Main Frame (36).

STEP 5
Insert the Rear Main Frame (36) into the Main Frame (13) and secure using six Hexagon
Socket Pan Head Cap Bolts (8), six Spring Washers (5), and six Washers (9) that were
removed. Tighten bolts with the Allen Wrench with Phillips Screwdriver provided.
STEP 6
Remove three Cross Recessed Pan Head Tapping Screws (7) and six Screws (30) from
both Left/Right Plastic Covers (31L, 31R). Remove bolts with the Allen Wrench with
Phillips Screwdriver provided.
Attach both Left/Right Plastic Covers (31L, 31R) onto the Rear Main Frame (36) with three
Cross Recessed Pan Head Tapping Screws (7) and six Screws (30) that were removed.
Tighten bolts with the Allen Wrench with Phillips Screwdriver provided.

STEP 7
Remove four Hexagon Socket Pan Head Cap Bolt (32), four Washers (9), four Spring
Washers (5), and four Cap Nuts (6) from the Backrest and Seat Support Bracket (37).
Remove bolts and cap nuts with the Allen Wrench with Phillips Screwdriver and Multi Hex
Tool provided.
STEP 8
Remove the Triangle Knob (16) and Round Knob (35) from the Rear Main Frame (36).

STEP 9
Insert the Seat Sliding Tube (34) into the bushings of the Rear Main Frame (36).
Adjust the position and align knob holes. Insert the Triangle Knob (16) and Round Knob
(35) into knob holes. Turn the Triangle Knob (16) and Round Knob (35) in the clockwise
direction to tighten.
STEP 10
Place the Backrest and Seat Support Bracket (37) onto the Seat Sliding Tube (34).

STEP 11
Attach the Backrest and Seat Support Bracket (37) onto the Seat Sliding Tube (34) with four
Hexagon Socket Pan Head Cap Bolt (32), four Washers (9), four Spring Washers (5), and
four Cap Nuts (6) that were removed. Tighten bolts and cap nuts with the Allen Wrench
with Phillips Screwdriver and Multi Hex Tool provided.
STEP 12
Remove eight Cross Recessed Pan Head Bolts (38) from the back of the Backrest (41) and
Seat Cushion (47). Remove bolts with the Allen Wrench with Phillips Screwdriver provided.
Then attach the Backrest (41) and Seat Cushion (47) onto the Backrest and Seat Support
Bracket (37) with eight Cross Recessed Pan Head Bolts (38) that were removed. Tighten
bolts with Allen Wrench with Phillips Screwdriver provided.

STEP 13
Remove one Rear Handlebar Bracket (68), two Carriage Bolts (42), two Curve Washers (4),
two Spring Washers (5), and two Cap Nuts (6) from the Rear Handlebar (43). Remove cap
nuts with the Multi Hex Tool provided.
STEP 14
Attach the Rear Handlebar (43) onto the Backrest and Seat Support Bracket (37) with one
Rear Handlebar Bracket (68), two Carriage Bolts (42), two Curve Washers (4), two Spring
Washers (5), and two Cap Nuts (6) that were removed. Tighten cap nuts with the Multi Hex
Tool provided.

STEP 15
Connect the Extension Hand Pulse Sensor Wires (15C) from the Rear Main Frame (36) to
the Hand Pulse Sensor Wires (15D) from the Rear Handlebar (43).
STEP 16
The Foot Pedals and Pedal Straps are marked “R” for Right and “L” for Left.
Select the Right Foot Pedal Strap (12R) which has R marked on the side of the strap. Snap
the two hole end of the strap onto the inside edge of the Right Foot Pedal (12R). Snap the
other end of the strap onto the outside edge of the Right Foot Pedal (12R). Select
adjustment holes which allow your foot to be easily removed from the foot pedal.
Use the same procedure to snap the Left Foot Pedal Strap (12L) onto the Left Foot Pedal
(12L).

STEP 17
Insert the pedal shaft of Left Foot Pedal (27L) into threaded hole in the left Crank (50). Turn
the pedal shaft by hand in the counter-clockwise direction until snug.
Note: DO NOT turn the pedal shaft in the clockwise direction, doing so will strip the
threads.
Tighten the pedal shaft of Left Foot Pedal (27L) with the Multi Hex Tool provided.
Insert pedal shaft of Right Foot Pedal (27R) into threaded hole in right Crank (50). Turn
the pedal shaft by hand in the clockwise direction until snug. Tighten pedal shaft of Right
Foot Pedal (27R) with the Multi Hex Tool provided.
STEP 18
Remove one Curve Washer (4), four Washers (9), five Spring Washers (5), and five
Hexagon Socket Pan Head Cap Bolts (8) from the Computer Post (17). Remove bolts with
the Allen Wrench with Phillips Screwdriver provided.

STEP 19
Slide the Computer Post Cover (14) up to the Computer Post (17).
STEP 20
It is recommended to have a second person assist with this step. One person should hold
the Computer Post (17) in place while the other person to insert the Tension Cable (46).
Insert the Tension Cable (46) through into the bottom hole of Computer Post (17) and pull it
out from the square hole of Computer Post (17).

STEP 21
It is recommended to have a second person assist with this step. One person should hold
the Computer Post (17) in place while the other person to connect the wires.
Connect the Sensor Wire (10) and Extension Hand Pulse Sensor Wires B (15B) from the
Main Frame (13) to the Extension Hand Pulse Sensor Wires A (15A) from the Computer Post
(17).
STEP 22
Insert the Computer Post (17) onto the tube of the Main Frame (13) and align bolt holes.

STEP 23
Attach the Computer Post (17) onto the tube of the Main Frame (13) with one Curve Washer
(4), four Washers (9), five Spring Washers (5), and five Hexagon Socket Pan Head Cap
Bolts (8) that were removed. Tighten bolts with the Allen Wrench with Phillips Screwdriver
provided.
Slide the Computer Post Cover (14) down to the Main Frame (13).
STEP 24
Remove one Cross Recessed Pan Head Bolt (24) and one Washer (25) from the Tension
Control Knob (26). Remove bolt with the Allen Wrench with Phillips Screwdriver provided.
