Step Guide to Clean Outdoor Resin Wicker Patio Furniture
Step 1: Set the cushions aside from the furniture (if any). Soak the furniture in water. You can use a
garden hose, it will be faster this way. If a garden hose is not available, you can always use a bucket of
warm water.
Step 2: Make a mix with mild soap and water, stir it until you see foam on the surface of the water.
Then, dampen a sponge or piece of cloth in this solution (brushes are not recommended as they can
scratch the finish, pontentially exposing the metal to rust-inducing moisture).
Step 3: Using the dampened sponge or piece of cloth, wipe the dirt and grime from the metal. The soap
solution will help break the dirt and make it easier to spray away later. For difficult dirt, you can use
window cleaner or a non-abrasive multi-purpose cleaner.
Step 4: Spray the soapy residue down with the garden hose or a bucket of water and let your furniture
dry or wipe it with a dry piece of cloth.
Step 5: After your everything is completely dry you can place the cushions back (if any) and enjoy your
clean outdoor furniture again!
