Troubleshooting steps

Try the following instruction to solve it if having problem for using the device:

1. Switch off your input device, output device and converter.

2. Plug out the power cord of your input, output device and converter.

3. Reconnect the cable in your setup

4. Plug in the power cord of your input and output device and the converter

5. Switch on output device first, and then converter, finally input device.

Other suggestions:

* Please try to plug in the USB Power Cable to power adapter ( try DC5V 1000amp

- 2000amp)and connect it.

* Please try another HDMI standard cable,using short cable(such as 1m,2m) and

Composite cable.

* Please try to test it with other input device and output device such as blu-ray,

PS3.

* Please try to adjust different resolution.
