Specially-designed for the individual who requires exceptional
sensory input, this 5" x 8" bead chain and unbreakable plastic mirror
will vibrate and play music when touched. The lighted version plays
music and vibrates. Can also be used as an external switch without
vibration, music and/or lights when connected to a toy or device.
Size: 11¾" x 8½" x 3". Requires 2 C Batteries. Weight: 1¾ lbs.

1. Observing polarity, install 2 “C” batteries into the battery
compartment located on the top of the unit.
2. Press plate for vibration, lights and music. Or, install the cord
(included) into the jack located in the rear of the unit to operate
a toy or device

If the unit fails to operate, or operates incorrectly, the following steps
should be performed.
1. Check the batteries. Weak or dead batteries will cause the unit
to function incorrectly or not at all. Also, be sure to check the
polarity of the batteries.
2. Check to make sure that one (or more) of the bead chains is not
stuck underneath the yellow plate, or obstructing the plate in any
way. This will result in the plate not being able to be properly
depressed.

If you wish to use the unit as an independent device (not as an
external switch), make sure to remove the cord and any adapters
that you may be using from the plate switch. Leaving the cord and/or
adapters installed will disable the vibration, lights, and music.

The Lighted Sensory Plate Switch can be wiped clean with any mild
household multi-purpose, non-abrasive cleaner and disinfectant. We
recommend Simple Green, which is a non toxic biodegradable all-
purpose cleaner.
