Phillips head screwdriver or power drill
Parts Included:
Two screen doors
Top screen track with drip edge cap
Screws to mount top track
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

The patio door unit must be installed plumb, level and square to allow the screen kit to achieve smooth operation.
The bottom sill track must be clean. This kit is designed to be installed on patio doors that have been trimmed out
using brick moulding.

Install the top screen track with drip edge
cap
Measure the width inside the brick
moulding on your patio door and cut the
top screen track to fit.
Hold the drip cap edge facing the outside
with the drip cap out and facing down.
Use included screws to fasten the top
drip cap into the top brick moulding.

Install the smaller screen door on inner track in front of the
inactive door panel (door without handle/deadbolt)
Position the narrow screen with the vinyl bug flag facing outside
away from the door and the screen handle facing the door
jamb/frame.
Push the screen top wheels up into the top outside track and
align the bottom screen wheels onto the bottom exterior track.

Install the wider screen door on outside track in front of the active
door panel (Door with handle/deadbolt)
Position the wider screen with the vinyl bug flap facing in
toward the door with the screen handle facing the door
jamb/frame.
Push the screen top wheels up into the top outside track and
align the bottom screen wheels onto the bottom exterior track.

Adjustment
Use the adjustment screws in the screen panel to align the screen panel to allow smooth operation.
The vinyl bug seal may need to be trimmed slightly to achieve proper fit

Install Jamb Strike Plate (Optional)
Close the screen and mark the location of the finger pull latch.
Install one screw through the jamb strike and test for fit and adjust as necessary. Install the second screw and
