IMPORTANT SAFE GUARDS
When using the electrical appliances, important safety precautions should always be followed,
including the following:
1.
Read all instructions before operating this appliance
2.
DO NOT TOUCH the hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
3.
To protect against electrical shock do not immerse cord, plug or any part of this unit in
water or other liquids.
4.
Unplug from outlet when not in use and before removing parts for cleaning.
5.
Don not use any accessory or attachment not provided with this appliance as this may
cause injury.
6.
DO NOT use outdoors.
7.
DO NOT let the cord hang over the edge of table or counter tops or touch hot surfaces.
8.
DO NOT place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
9.
Extreme caution must be used when moving this appliance.
10.
DO NOT leave unit unattended while in use or when plugged in to an outlet.

This appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate
remote-control system
12. Add your popping kernels before turning the popper on, the popper will shut off
automatically after 2 minutes and then cycle between on and off every 30 seconds to
avoid overheating this is normal. It is recommended to turn off your popcorn maker
immediately after use and allow 15 minutes between starting new batches of popping corn
to allow unit to cool down completely.
13. Extreme caution must be used when unloading popcorn.
14. NEVER put your face near the unit while popcorn is popping. Stay at least 36 inches (1
meter) in distance from unit while corn is popping
15. NEVER put your hand in the unit while popcorn is popping. Wait at least 15 minutes after
the unit has been turned “off ”

This appliance is designed exclusively for private, domestic use and is not suitable for
commercial or industrial use.
17.
Do not use this appliance for anything other than its intended use.
18.
Only use the appliance on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface.
19.
Check inside heating element compartment for foreign objects before switching to the ON
position.
20.
The Heating element in centre can get hot. Avoid contact until cool.
21.
A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk resulting from becoming
entangled or tripping over a long cord.
22.
Longer detachable power supply cords can be used if care is exercised in their use.
23.
The marked electrical rating or an extension cord should be at least as great as the
electrical rating of the appliance.

Keep hands away from the machine when it is in the ON position and is spinning
