fromthebackoftheTonePot(7)tothebackoftheVolumePot(8).
Step2
SoldertheredEarthWiretothebackoftheVolumePot(8),andfeedthroughthe
holeinthebodycavitytotheBridgePinholesaspictured.
AttachthewiringtotheScratchplate(6).TheJackInput(9)shouldbesecuredusing
theWasherandNut(11),andtheTonePotsshouldbesecuredusingthePotNuts
andWashers(12).TheScratchplate(6)shouldthenbeattachedtothebody(1)using
the10x12mmscrews,liningthemupwiththepilotholes.
Placethepickupsinthecorrectpositionsaspictured.Putthe4x45mmscrews
throughtheholesinthePickups(4and5).Placethe4screwonthescrews
underneaththepickups,andthenscrewthepickupsintoplace.
Step3
ScrewtheTailpiece(13)inplace,aligningitwiththepilotholes,usingthe7x25mm
screws.PuttheBridgePins(14)intheholesaspictured.
Step4
PuttheBody(1)andNeck(2)together.PlacetheNeckPlate(19)withtherubber
PadonthebackoftheBody(1)inlinewiththepilotholes,andattachwiththe4x
45mmscrews.
Step5
Insertthemachineheads(16)intotheholesintheHeadstock(2).Placethewasher
ontop(18),andthenscrewintheFerrules(17).Theneckshouldthenbeturned
overandthe6x10mmscrewsshouldbescrewedintothepilotholessecuringthe
machineheadsinplace.
StringtheguitarandthenattachtheStringTreestotheHeadstockusingthe8mm
screwsandthesmallspacers.ThelargerspacershouldbeplacedbetweentheDand
Gstrings,andthesmallerspacerbetweentheBandEstrings.
Step6
AttachtheStrapButtonswiththeirrubberwasherstothepilotholesonthebase
andarmofthebodyusingthe2x25mmscrews.PlacetheBridge(15)ontopofthe
BridgePins(14)andthenstringtheguitarusingtheprovidedstrings(21).
