Front Wheel Assembly
IMPORTANT: PLEASE FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS FOR QUICK RELEASE LEVER
The Allen Sports Jogging Stroller is equipped with a Quick Release front wheel. Place
the Stroller so the rear wheels and handle are touching the floor. The front axle has a
flat area on it that you must align with the slots in the front fork. After aligning the front
wheel in the fork slots, slide the wheel all the way into the front fork. With the wheel in
position and the quick release lever in the “Open” position, tighten the finger nut on the
axle until it is very close to contacting the fork. Move the lever into the “Closed” position.
You should feel significant resistance when closing the lever. If you do not, open the
lever and tighten the finger nut a bit more and close the lever again. Continue to do this
until the movement of the lever results in tension on the lever when closing and the
wheel is tight in the frame. When you complete the wheel installation process, attempt
to pull wheel from frame; if wheel moves, tighten the finger nut and repeat the test.
CAUTION: You cannot tighten the Quick Release lever by merely twisting the
lever. You can only ensure it is locked by properly tightening the finger nut and
then flipping the Quick Release lever from “Open” to “Closed”
WARNING: Failure to properly install and adjust wheels with Quick Release
levers could allow wheel to come off during use. This could lead to serious injury or
death.

and lubricate required areas once a year.
All pivot points - Lubricate and check fasteners, such as nuts and bolts.
Wheel Axles - Lubricate, adjust and check for signs of wear
Folding mechanism - Lubricate, adjust and check for signs of wear
Handbrake - Lubricate pivot point, adjust and check for signs of wear.
Tires - Check tires regularly for proper inflation. Inflate to 20-30 PSI range.
Lower pressures give a softer ride. Always use a hand or foot pump to inflate
tires.
To maintain the safety and performance of your jogger kit, use only original
equipment replacement parts available from the service center or your retailer.
Use of non-approved replacement parts and accessories will void
