■Guidelines for Free of Charge Service
The product under warranty will be repaired for free in case of any manufacturing defects.
■Guidelines for Charged Service
In following cases, actual repair and component expenses are to be charged additionally.
1. In case warranty period is expired.
2. In case warranty card has been lost, or mentioned items are changed.
3. Any cases caused by the careless handling.
4. Natural Disasters (Fire, Damage from Sea Wind, Gas Disaster, Earthquake, Damage from Storm and
Flood, Thunderbolt, etc.)
5. Damages arising due to the running of the appliance on the power source other than recommended.
6. In case the failure is occurred as the person other than the designated agent and service engineer tried
to repair.
7. In case the failure occurred as the cautions in the user manual is not observed.
The damage caused by the negligence of the user, or non-fulllment of the cautions stipulated on this
product is not guaranteed.
8. In case the failure occurred by the use of the consumable, optional items that are not designated by
our company.
9. In case of failures due to the user’s mistake and willful negligence.
10. In case of normal wear & tear of the product.
11. If used for the commercial purposes.
We hereby warrants as follows.
1. This product is manufactured through the quality control in accordance with the law for the quality
management of industrial products, and the strict test process of our company.
2. If there’s any problem with the product operated by the user in the normal condition, it will be repaired
or replaced at the place of purchase or authorized service center according to the contents of the product
warranty.
3. It will not be replaced if the product damage is caused by the negligence of the user, or non-fulllment of
the cautions stipulated on this product.
A) Product damaged by the user’s fault
B) Product damaged by the excessive impact like falling etc. after purchase
C) Product damaged by the non-fulllment of the cautions stipulated on this product
4. Whenever you would like to require the service, please submit this warranty card.
5. Please keep this certicate preciously as it is not reissued.
