Installation
Note:Iftheappliancehasnotbeenstoredor
movedinanuprightposition,letitstanduprightfor
approximately12hoursbef or eoperation.Ifindoubt
allowtheappliancetostand.
1. Removetheappliancefromthepackaging.Make
surethatallprotectiveplasticfilmandcoa tings
arethoroughlyremoved
fromallsurfaces.
2.Maintainadistanceof20cm(7inches)between
theunitandwallsorotherobjectsforventilation.
Increasethisdistanceiftheobstacleisaheatsource.
Note:Beforeusingtheapplianceforthefirsttime,
cleantheshelvesandinteriorwithsoapywater.

Setthebrakesonthecastorstokeeptheappliance
inpositionORleveltheappliancebyadjustingthescrewfeet.
RemovingtheCompressorSafetyBand
Thecompressorislocatedonthetopoftheappliance,
andsitsonrubberwashers.Undernormaloperating
conditionsthecompressorisallowedtovibrate.
Toavoiddamagethroughexcessivemotionduring
transit,astainlesssteelsafetybandisplacedoverthe
compressorandscrewedintothetopofthe
appliance.
Thissafetybandandthetwoscrewsfixingittothe
appliancemustberemovedbeforetheappliance is
turnon.
Lock/UnlocktheDoors
Alockisfittedtothedoorstoensurefoodstuffsarekept
securewithinyourappliance.
Usethekeysprovidedtolock/unlockthedoor.

FittingtheWasteWaterTray
Thewastewatertraycomesreadytofittotheundersideoftheappliance.Slidethetrayintotherunnerssitedunderthe
appliance.
FittingtheShelves
1.Placeonesetofshelfguidesoneithersideofthecabinetatthedesiredheight.
2.Slidetheshelfintoplace.
3.Repeatfortheremainingshelves.
Note:Thisisvitalforensuringcorrectdrainageofcondensation.
Operation
StoringFood
Togetthebestresultfromyourappliance,followtheseinstructions:
·Onlystorefoodstuffsintheappliancewhenithasreachedthecorrectoperatingtemperature.
·Donotplaceuncoveredhotfoodorliquidinsidetheappliance.
·Warporcoverfoodwherepossible.
·Donotobstructthefansinsidethe
appliance.
·Avoidopeningthedoorsforprolongedperiodsoftime.
Turnon
1. Closethedoor(s)oftheappliance.
2. Ensurethepowerswitchissetto[O]andturnonatthesocket.
3. Switchonthepower[l].Thecurrenttemperaturewithintheapplianceisdisplayed.
ManualDefrost
Theappliancewillautomaticallyrunadefrostcycleeverysixhours.
Note:Thecyclestartsfromthetimetheapplianceisinitiallypoweredup.
Tomanuallydefrosttheappliance:
1. PressandholdtheDEFROSTbuttonfor5seconds.
2. ThedefrostcyclewillstartimmediatelyandtheDefrostLETilluminates.Thedefrostwilllastamaximumof30minutes.
Note:Startingamanualdefrostalsoresetstheautomaticdefrosttimer.Thenextautomaticdefrostwillstartsix
hoursafter
themanualdefrosthasfinished.
3. Wastewateriscollectedinthewastewatertray.
