Problem Solving:
1 - The “Element4 - Electric fires” app is not linked to your product
• Make sure the power switch is set to “on” - and try pairing again.
• Make sure your smartphone or tablet is within reach of the fireplace.
Take as a rule of thumb that you are within 1 meter of the fireplace.
Aer coupling you can operate the fire at a greater distance.
• Make sure that Bluetooth and location are switched on.
• If the fireplace is not found in the app, you can also try it via your Bluetooth settings.
2 - Seven day program does not activate
• Make sure the “Week” button is lit and the “timings” are set correctly.
3 - The fireplace cannot be operated with the app.
• Make sure that the fireplace always starts up in the same way that it is switched o.
• When turning o with the app, the stove may still be in standby mode.
• Remove the fireplace from the overview and reconnect.
• Remove the app completely from your phone and download it again.
