1 Open your browser and go to the www.nortel.com/support URL.
2 Search for or navigate to the location of the Business Communications Manager platform
documentation.

3 Navigate to the guide you need.
4 Use Adobe Reader to open the guide, search for the sections you need, and print them on
most standard printers.
