Henny Penny HMR heated

merchandisers are designed to

provide the ultimate in flexibility and

performance for displaying and

serving fresh hot foods.

The HMR 120 Series Two-tier

merchandiser gives operators a

HMR-127 two-tier self-serve heated

merchandiser, 7 wells.

Standard Features

• Stainless steel interior and exterior

construction, tempered front and

side panel glass and doors.

• Two-tier units come in 3, 5, and 7-

well sizes that match all Henny

Penny HMR merchandisers.

• Stainless steel lower deck and

removable upper tier wire grid.

• Choose from four glass profiles:

• Independent controls over each

well for upper radiant heat and food

probe temperature display.

• Lower heat controlled separately.

• Control settings can be locked to

prevent accidental changes.

• Brilliant halogen lamps for attractive

food presentation.

• Front glass lifts easily for cleaning

and closes gently on gas springs.

• Mirrored or clear side glass. (CE

units are only available with clear

side glass.)

• Removable sliding rear doors with

mirrored glass.

• Fold-down wood or plastic cutting

board.

wire grid upper tier that lets heat

circulate freely throughout the case.

This design virtually eliminates the

visual interruption of bulky solid

shelves, maximizing customer sight-

lines and allowing the brilliant

overhead halogen lighting to

enhance product presentation on

both levels. In addition, four different

profiles are available to help you

match existing cases.

The HMR 120 Series can be

ordered in 3, 5, and 7-well self-serve

configurations. Merchandiser bases

are available in Profile or Pedestal

styles in several heights and colors.

Heated merchandisers

Two-tier self-serve

• Materials—interior and exterior of stainless

steel and tempered glass.

• Upper tier is stainless steel wire grid. Grid

shelves and pan supports are removable for

easy cleaning.

• Merchandiser bases are not included. See

separate specifications sheet.

• Units shall have rear-mounted control panel

above wells with LED digital display. Upper

and lower heat are controlled

independently, with separate upper radiant

heat control for each well.

• Mirrored side glass panels and sliding glass

rear doors are standard, except for CE units

which are clear.

• Fold-down wood or plastic cutting board is

standard.

Bidding Specifications

• Provide Henny Penny Model HMR-120

Series Heated Merchandiser in 3, 5, or 7-

well configuration. All units shall be

supplied as two-tier merchandisers

consisting of lower deck and upper shelf

display areas.

• All units are self-serve with partial front

glass specified in any of four available glass

profiles, standard.
