Metabo SRE 4350 TURBOTEC will be capable of dry sanding flat and elliptical surfaces of wood, plastic, non-ferrous metals, sheet metal and similar filled and painted surfaces. This power tool is equipped with a setting wheel for selecting oscillating frequency, a TurboBoost switch for maximum removal rate and a lock button for continuous activation. It also features an additional handle and TurboBoost switch for maximum removal rate. For dust-free work, it comes with an integrated dust bag.

1. 符合标准声明

号和序列号 *1) 标识,符合指令 *2) 和标准 *3)
所有相关要求。相关技术文件 *4) - 请参见第 3 页。
2. 规定用途
此工具适用于对平整和椭圆表面、木材、塑料、
有色金属、金属板以及类似的填补和涂漆表面进
行干磨砂处理。
因使用不当造成的任何损坏由用户承担全部责任。
必须遵守通用事故预防规章和随附的安全资料。
3. 一般安全说明
为了您自身的安全及保护您的电动工具,
请特别注意标有此符号的所有文本!

电动工具通用安全警告
警告!阅读所有警告和所有说明。不遵照以

在所有下列的警告中术语“电动工具”指市电驱动
(有线)电动工具或电池驱动(无线)电动工具。
a) 工作场地的安全
1) 保持工作场地清洁和明亮。混乱和黑暗的场
地会引发事故。
2) 不要在易爆环境,如有易燃液体、气体或粉
尘的环境下操作电动工具。电动工具产生的
火花会点燃粉尘或气体。
3) 让儿童和旁观者离开后操作电动工具。注意
力不集中会使操作者失去对工具的控制。
b) 电气安全
1) 电动工具插头必须与插座相配。绝不能以任
何方式改装插头。需接地的电动工具不能使
用任何转换插头。未经改装的插头和相配的
插座将减少电击危险。
2) 避免人体接触接地表面,如管道、散热片和
冰箱。如果你身体接地会增加电击危险。
3) 不得将电动工具暴露在雨中或潮湿环境中。
水进入电动工具将增加电击危险。
4) 不得滥用电线。绝不能用电线搬运、拉动电
动工具或拔出其插头。使电线远离热源、
油、锐边或运动部件。受损或缠绕的软线会
增加电击危险。
5) 当在户外使用电动工具时,使用适合户外使
用的外接软线。适合户外使用的软线将减少
电击危险。
6) 如果在潮湿环境下操作电动工具是不可避免
的,应使用剩余电流动作保护器 (RCD)。使
RCD 可减小电击危险。
术语“剩余电流动作保护器 (RCD)”可以用
“接地故障电路断路器 (GFCI)”和“接地泄
电路断路器 (ELCB)”术语代替。
c) 人身安全
1) 保持警觉,当操作电动工具时关注所从事的
操作并保持清醒。当你感到疲倦,或在有药
物、酒精或治疗反应时,不要操作电动工
具。在操作电动工具时瞬间的疏忽会导致严
重人身伤害。
2) 使用个人防护装置。始终佩戴护目镜。安全
装置,诸如适当条件下使用防尘面具、防滑
安全鞋、安全帽、听力防护等装置能减少人
身伤害。
3) 防止意外起动。确保开关在连接电源和/或电
池盒、拿起或搬运工具时处于关断位置。

非盘式砂光机安全警告
在紧固件可能触及暗线或其自身软线之处进行操

4. 特殊安全说明

6. 首次运行
设备接通电源前,请查看额定电源电压及频
率(标在额定值标签上)是否与现有的电源
相符。

6.1 附加手柄(可拆卸)
必要时,可以拧下附加手柄 (1)(右旋螺纹)。
6.2 安装砂磨片
带尼龙搭扣的砂磨片
尼龙搭扣简化了砂磨片的装卸。只需按压砂磨
片,砂磨片 (10) 上的孔就会与砂磨板 (12) 上的孔
对齐。
不带尼龙搭扣的砂磨片
用夹紧件 (11) 固定砂磨片。将砂磨盘穿过砂磨板
(12) 拉紧,然后用另一个夹紧件将其固定到位
7. 使用
7.1 /断开关,持续运行
按下触发开关 (5) 即可启动工具。
通过锁定按钮 (4) 锁定触发开关,可进行连续操作。
再次按下触发开关 (5) 即可停止工具。
7.2 设置振荡频率
TurboBoost 开关 (3) 关闭时,可在设置轮 (2)
设置振荡频率。也可在工具运行期间设定。
推荐的振荡频率设置:

7.3 TurboBoost 开关
在操作过程中启动 TurboBoost 开关 (3),从而启动
额外的电能储备以获得最大的材料切除率。
7.4 除尘
为优化除尘性能,请调整砂磨片以使砂磨片 (10)
的孔与砂磨板 (12) 上的孔对齐。
注意:建议在打磨研磨材料(如石膏等)时,为
工具连接一个适当的除尘装置。
自带除尘装置:
将集尘袋 (8) 连接到喷嘴 (7) 上。向后拉动集尘袋
(8) 即可将其卸下。
及时清空集尘袋 (8) 以达到最佳的除尘效果。
第三方除尘装置:
将适当的除尘装置连接到喷嘴 (7) 上。8. 清洁与
维护
- 清空集尘袋:移除封闭带 (9)。清空集尘袋 (8)
必要时可借助除尘装置进行清洁。随后,用封闭
(9) 将集尘袋再次封好。
定期清洁工具。这也包括用吸尘器清洁电机上的
通风叶片。
更换磨损的砂磨板 (12)
- 取下固定螺钉(在砂磨板的下方)。
- 卸除砂磨板。
- 砂磨板(作为备件),请参见第 2 页。
- 安装砂磨板。
- 在砂磨板下方重新插入固定螺钉(螺钉必须以
现有螺距插入)并拧紧(拧紧扭矩 = 3.5 Nm +/-
0.2 Nm)。
9. 配件
只能使用麦太保原厂配件。
注意:麦太保原厂配件经过调整,适用于工具的
尼龙搭扣。从而延长了尼龙搭扣的使用寿命。
仅能使用符合这些使用说明中所列要求及规格的
配件。

10. 维修
只能由合格的电工修理电动工具!
损坏的电源电缆只能用麦太保服务中心提供
的专用原厂电源电缆更换。
如果工具的电源连接电缆破损,必须由制造商或
授权的服务中心进行更换,以免发生危险。

11. 环境保护
有关废弃的工具、包装和配件的环保性处置及回

Reducing dust exposure:
Some of the dust created using this power tool
may contain substances known to cause
cancer, allergic reaction, respiratory disease, birth
defects or other reproductive harm. Some
examples
of these substances are: lead (from lead-
based
paints), crystalline silica (from bricks cement,
etc.),
additives for wood treatment (chromate, wood
preservative), some types of wood (like oak and
beech dust), metals, asbestos
.
The risk from exposure to such substances will
depend on how long the user or nearby persons
are
being exposed.
Do not let particles enter the body.
To reduce exposure to these substances: work in a
well ventilated area and wear protective equipment,
such as dust masks that are specially designed to
filter out microscopic particles.
Observe the relevant guidelines for your material,
staff, application and place of application (e.g.
occupational health and safety regulations,
disposal).
Collect the generated particles at the source, avoid
deposits in the surrounding area.
Use only suitable accessories. In this way, fewer
particles enter the environment in an uncontrolled
manner.
Use a suitable extraction unit.
Reduce dust exposure with the following measures:
-Do not direct the escaping particles and the
exhaust air stream at yourself or nearby persons
or on dust deposits.
-Use an extraction unit and/or air purifiers.
-Ensure good ventilation of the workplace and
keep it clean using a vacuum cleaner. Sweeping
or blowing stirs up dust.
Vacuum or wash protective clothing. Do not blow,
beat or brush.

Before plugging in the device, check to see that
the rated mains voltage and mains frequency,
as specified on the rating label, match your power
supply.
Always install an RCD with a maximum trip
current of 30 mA upstream.

Simple attachment and removal thanks to the velcro

2Setting oscillating frequency
When the TurboBoost switch (3) is switched off, the
oscillating speed can be set at the setting wheel (2).
This is also possible during operation.

Actuate
the TurboBoost switch (3) during operation to
switch on additional power reserves for maximum
material removal rate

4Dust extraction
To optimise
the dust extraction performance, fit the
sanding sheet such that the holes on the sanding
sheet (10) and sanding
plate (12) are aligned.
Note
: We recommend connecting a suitable
extraction device when sanding abrasive material
(e.g. plaster, etc.).
Own extraction units
:
Fit dust bag (8) to the ejection nozzle (7). Pull the
dust bag (8) backwards to remove it.
Empty
the dust bag (8) in good time to optimise dust
extraction
.
Third-party extraction units
:
Connect
a suitable extraction device to the ejection
nozzle (7).

Emptying the dust ba
g: remove the closure
band
(9). Empty the dust bag
(8)
, clean with an extrac-
tion device if necessary. Close the dust bag again
with the closure band (9).
Clean the machine regularly.
This includes
vacuum cleaning the ventilation louvres on the motor.
Replacing worn sanding plate (12)
-Remove fixing screws (on lower side of sanding
plate).
-Take off sanding plate.
-Sanding plate (as a spare part), see page 2.
-Mount sanding plate.
-Re-insert the fixing screws on the lower side of the
sanding plate (the screw must be inserted in the
existing thread pitch) and tighten (tightening torque
= 3.5 Nm +/- 0.2 Nm).
Use only genuine Metabo accessories.
Note:
Metabo accessories are adapted to suit the
machine's velcro-type fastening. This increases the
service life of the velcro-type fastening.
Use only accessories which fulfil the requirements
and specifications listed in these operating
instructions.

Repairs to electrical tools must be carried out by
qualified electricians ONLY!
A defective mains cable must only be replaced with
a special, original mains cable from metabo, which
is available only from the Metabo service.
If the mains connection cable of this machine is
damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or
an authorized service centre to avoid hazard.

repairs, please contact your Metabo service centre.
