PRECAUTIONS SHOULD ALWAYS BE FOLLOWED, INCLUDING
THE FOLLOWING:
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING YOUR WIZNMIX
IMPORTANT:
This appliance is not intended for use by persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their
safety.
Children should not use or play with this appliance.
Close supervision is necessary to keep appliance and cord out of reach
of children during use.
WARNING:
The blades are not affixed to the unit.
They are removable and very sharp.
Handle with care!
CAUTION:
ln order to avoid a hazard due to inadvertent resetting of the thermal
cut-out, power for this appliance must not be supplied through an
external switching device, such as a timer, or connected to a circuit that
is regularly switched on and off by the utility.
WARNING:
TO REDUCE THE RISK OF FIRE, ELECTRIC SHOCK OR INJURY:
1. To protect against electrical shock, do not submerge the appliance
or allow the power cord to encounter water or any other liquid.

2. DO NOT allow young children to operate the appliance or use as a
toy. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used
near children.
3. Never leave the appliance unattended when in use.
4. Turn the appliance off when not in use, before assembling or
disassembling parts, accessing parts that move while in use and before
cleaning.
5. DO NOT abuse the power cord. Never carry the appliance by the
power cord.

7. DO NOT USE if the appliance is not working, has been dropped,
immersed into water, damaged or left outdoors.
8. NO SERVICEABLE PARTS. Incorrect re- assembly or repair can

9. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to
avoid a hazard.
10. DO NOT let the power cord hang over the edge of table or counter
or touch hot surfaces such as the stove.
11. Always use the appliance on a dry, level surface.
12. Keep hands, hair, clothing, and utensils out of container at all times
to reduce the risk of severe injury to persons or damage to the
appliance. A spatula may be used but only when the appliance is not
running.
13. CAUTION: The blades are not fixed to the unit. They are
removable and extremely sharp. When handling the knife, do not hold
the blades but instead, always hold by the grip at the top of the spindle.
Blades are sharp. Handle carefully!
14. Avoid contact with moving parts.
15. DO NOT attempt to sharpen blades.
16. DO NOT use the appliance if knife blade assembly is bent or
damaged.
17. To reduce the risk of injury, place the knife into the bowl while
holding the grip at the top of the blade spindle.

18. DO NOT operate this appliance on or near any hot surfaces
(such as gas or electric burner or a heated oven).
19. The use of attachments or accessories including canning jars, not
recommended by the manufacturer may result in fire, electric shock or
personal injury.
20 To reduce the risk of injury, NEVER operate the appliance without
the knife or balloon in place.
DO NOT try to defeat the interlock mechanism; make sure that the
attachment is properly installed before operating the appliance.
21. Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance
containing hot food, water or other liquids.
22. DO NOT expose containers to extreme temperature changes.
23. DO NOT overfill. Do not exceed the "MAX" fill line.
24. DO NOT operate the appliance empty.
25. To reduce the risk of burns, always allow the appliance to cool
before taking off parts and before cleaning.
26. Max ON time is 1 minute under 250W load. If the appliance
overheats, a thermal switch will activate and shut off the motor. To
reset, unplug the appliance and let it cool down for approximately 30
minutes before using again.
27. When not in use, before assembling or disassembling and before
cleaning the appliance OFF, then unplug from the outlet. To unplug,
grasp the plug and pull from the outlet. Never pull from the power cord.
28. This appliance has a polarized plug (one pin is wider than the
other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug will fit in a
polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet,
reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do
not modify the plug in any way!
29. THIS PRODUCT IS INTENDED FOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY.
Do not use this appliance for anything other than its intended use. Do
not use outdoors.
30. Appliance accessories are not intended to be used in the
microwave which may result in damage to the accessories.
31. PORTABLE Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord
or plug or after the appliance malfunctions or is dropped or damaged in
any manner. Contact our customer service telephone number for
information on examination, repair, or adjustment.
32. Keep hands and utensils away from the cutting blade while
chopping food to reduce the risk of severe injury to persons or damage

to the food chopper. A spatula may be used but only when the food
chopper is not running.
33. To reduce the risk of injury, never insert cutting blade into bowl
without first placing bowl on a secure flat, dry surface.

always hold the grip at the top of
the spindle (fig. 1). Clean the
blades only with included
cleaning brush.

chop, peel, blend, whisk, and mix easier, faster and smarter than ever

THE 3D MULTI-KNIFE
Cuts, chops, grinds, mixes, blends and crushes using either the
HIGH or LOW buttons to get evenly cut within seconds.
THE CYCLONE BALLOON
Peels DRY garlic and peanuts using the HIGH speed button.
Whips cream, eggs and sauces using the LOW speed button within 55
seconds.
Froths all kinds of milk for coffee or cocoa using the LOW speed
button within 10 seconds
Whisks Tamagoyaki (Japanese eggs) within 25 seconds.

plastic paddle knife.

First opening:
1. Open the package. Remove the device and accessories and rinse
the container in warm soapy water.
To extract the blade attachment from its packaging, carefully press the
top plastic spindle downwards as you would a syringe until the blade is
separated from its packaging. (Fig. 2)

2. Carefully clean the multipurpose metal knife with the supplied
brush. The blades are extremely sharp and the specially designed
brush incorporates a finger guard to help protect you. Make sure to
keep your fingers behind this safety guard when cleaning.
3. The bowl, lid, balloon, 3D multi-knife and plastic paddle knife can
be washed in a dishwasher. Ensure to place the disassembled
parts separately in the dishwasher.
4. Clean the electric motor head with a damp cloth.
Never rinse it or immerse it in water!

REMOVAL
To open and remove attachments after use, follow the steps on pages
12-14 in reverse.
Cleaning
1. Release and lift off the electric motor. Remove the bowl lid and
carefully take out the blade or attachments. Rinse the bowl in warm
water with soap.
2. Carefully clean the 3D multi- knife as its blades are sharp.
Use the supplied brush and be sure to place your fingers behind the
safety guard when cleaning.
3. The bowl, lid, balloon, knife and plastic knife can all be washed in a
dishwasher. Ensure the items are placed separately after disassembly
in the dishwasher.
4. Unscrew the balloon shaft in the same way you would open a
drinking bottle and place the balloon and the shaft separately in the
dishwasher.
5. Lay out all the tools and bowl to dry separately before reassembling
to put away after use.
6. Wipe the electric motor head clean with a damp cloth.
Do not rinse the top motor section with water!

Troubleshooting Guide
POSSIBLE REASONS & SOLUTIONS
Make sure the unit is plugged in
Insert and rotate motor head
counterclockwise in the bowl until it
"locks".
Remove motor head from bowl by
rotating the motor head clockwise and
lifting out
Unplug the power cord from the outlet.
For best results when chopping, make
sure all ingredients are as dry as
possible. Cut pieces down to even
sizes and reduce the amount of food in
the bowl. Use very short pulses by
quickly pressing the "Fast" button.
Make sure the surface as well as the
base of the unit are clean and dry.
