BEI Electronics DDE-STL-20W-950S is a high-quality, frequency-synthesized, point-to-point, line-of-sight, radio communications link. It operates in the frequency band from 940 MHz to 965 MHz and can transmit composite FM stereo audio with two subcarriers, monophonic audio with two subcarriers, digital stereo audio (requires external modems), multi-channel audio or data (requires external MUX), or digital data (requires external modems).

The DDE-STL-20W-950S offers new features not found in other 950 MHz STLs, including 20 Watts output power, frequency agility, and high VSWR and high temp protection. It also has a high-speed embedded microcontroller and automatic level control of output power.
