Congratulations on your purchase of Cookway by CRISTEL. We know
that our patented Detachable Handle cookware will change the way
that you cook!
If you follow the Use & Care instructions below you will have
many satisfying years of service from your Cookway product.
Unboxing and First Use:
All Cookway items are dishwasher safe (handles, glass covers,
glass steamers and vessels), but we recommend that you clean
your Cookway items with soap and warm water before using it
the rst time.
Use:
Because of the conductivity of Cookway, you can cook on
medium heat on any heat surface including induction for most
uses. It is also possible to cook using medium – high heat for
searing meats, stir-frying or boiling water. Cookway can be used
for all frying, braising, sautéing, boiling and cooking starches like
potatoes and rice.
The Exceliss Non-Stick coating is dishwasher safe and provides
excellent release of foods and is warranted to last for 10 years with
regular use.
We recommend using silicone or wooden utensils versus metal
utensils to maintain the cooking surface.
Because you can detach the handles they never get hot in the

oven. However they are warrantied for use up to 375 degrees
Fahrenheit if you leave them in the oven while cooking.
When cooking with a smaller pan on a high gas ame or element
the detaching button can get hot so we always recommend
detaching the handle unless used for ipping contents in a Frying
pan. The best precaution is to pull a smaller pan away from direct
ame if it is to be left attached to the cooking vessel base.
The Cookway Glass Covers can be used in an oven up to 375
degrees Fahrenheit. Cookware vessels, Glass Covers and Handles
should never be used under a broiler.
The unique Glass Steamers provide 360-degree view of foods you
are steaming. They should never be put directly on any cooking
surface and only used in a Cookway vessel with water inside to
gently steam the contents.
Cookway can be easily cleaned with warm water and mild
dishwashing soap using a sponge, nylon pad or a dishcloth.
Abrasive cleansers that contain chlorine or steel pads should
never be used. All Cookway items including cooking vessels, glass
covers, glass steamers and handles can go in the dishwasher.
Warranty:
Cookway by CRISTEL is warranted to you by CRISTEL USA Inc. to be
free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of its
purchase. It is warranted for a period of 10 years. For this Limited
Warranty to apply, you must follow the care and use instructions
as previously noted. This warranty covers normal household use
only. Please note that in the case of any product with a glass lid
if the lid is damaged upon delivery only the lid will be replaced.
Similarly for a set, only the faulty item in that set will be replaced.
This warranty does not cover Damage caused by normal wear
and tear, accidents (like dropping a glass lid), misuse, abuse or
commercial use.
It does not cover scratches from cutlery or other sharp utensils,
or stains, discoloration, corrosion or damage from overheating to
the interior or the exterior of the pan. Consequential damage is
also expressly excluded from this warranty.
If your product is damaged in transit you can make a warranty
claim for a replacement of the damaged item. To make a Warranty
claim, you must call our customer service helpline at (770) 979-
6255 between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on
weekdays to obtain a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number PRIOR to mailing your cookware to us.
After you receive the authorization number, mail the damaged or
defective item to the address below:

We recommend that you use a traceable means to return your
damaged cookware item as CRISTEL USA, Inc. is not responsible
for damages or lost or stolen merchandise. Please enclose your

time on a return is typically three weeks after receipt of the item at
our warranty center. To check on the status of your replacement
you can call CRISTEL USA Customer Service at (770) 979-6255.

Fahrenheit if you leave them in the oven while cooking.
Handles are dishwasher safe and can also be cleaned with soap
and water.

USA Inc. to be free from defects in material and workmanship at
the time of purchase. They are warranted for a period of 10 years.
