We have released an update to the Mydlink app that fixes this issue. The fixed app version is 2.8.2(b466)

and is available on the Google Play Store now. Please ensure your Mydlink app is on this version or later,

Open the Mydlink app> Click top left Menu Icon> Scroll down to “About”, this page will display the app’s

current version:

If your Android device is not automatically updating the Mydlink app, it is recommended to uninstall and

reinstall the Mydlink app, forcing it to download the latest version available (you will need to reenter

your Mydlink login credentials to log back in, once reinstalled)

1. Open the Google Play Store app, Google Play.

2. At the top right, tap the Profile icon.

3. Tap “Manage apps & devices” and then “Manage”.

4. Tap the name of the app you want to delete.

5. Tap Uninstall.
