Use non-stick and suitable metal plates or
aluminum containers or heat-resistant silicone
molds.
Use the area above the shelf in an optimum
way.
In the oven, position the cooking mold at the
center of the shelf.
Select the correct shelf position prior to
operation of the oven or grill. Do not change
the shelf position when the oven is hot.
Keep the oven door closed.
Hints about roasting
When cooking whole chicken, turkey and large
parts of meat, marinating the food with lemon
juice and black pepper will enhance the
cooking performance.
Roasting bony meats will last 15-30 minutes
more compared to the meat without bone.
You should allow about 4-5 minutes for
cooking each centimeter of the meat
thickness.
After expiration of the cooking time, allow the
meat to remain in the oven about 10 minutes.
Meat juice will distribute in the roasted meat
better and it does not come out when cutting
the meat.
Fish should be placed on the shelf at the
middle or lower level on a flame resistance
plate.
Hints about grill
When grilling red meat, fish and fowl, it
quickly becomes brown, forms a good shell
and does not get dry. Fillet meats, shaslik,
frankfurter type sausage/soujouk and juicy
vegetables (e.g. tomato, onion) are especially
ideal for grilling.
Place the parts to be grilled on the grill wire or
on the tray with grill wire evenly in a way not
to exceed the dimensions of the heater.
Slide in the grill wire or oven tray at the level
you desire in the oven.
If you add some water in the oven tray, you
may clean it easily afterwards.
Fire risk arising from the food not

the timer will automatically switch off; see Use of
timer. Bring the function switch and temperature
switch to the off (up) position.

the heat spreads homogenously in the oven. It
is, for example, suitable for cakes, pies or
cakes and stew in the cooking molds. Do the
cooking by using single tray.
Turbo fan supported lower heating
Lower heater operates together with the fan
motor. Hot air spreads in the oven
homogenously. It is ideal for cooking the food
such as lahmacun and flat bread better, brittle
underside.
