1. Netrix Navigator
The netrix navigator consists of 2 parts. The settings in the netrix and the part in
the website.
1.1. Netrix
To enter the settings for the navigator in the netrix go to set-up -> WEB.
1.1.1. WIZARD
Conversion tables and groups are automatically generated by following 9 steps.
STEP1: Add periods
Here you can add 8 periods, this is the same as in the website of an IP unit.

STEP2: Select the needed groups
Here you can select which groups for the types of calls you want to be made.
STEP3: Create groups
Here you can choose if you want the groups to be created automatically and for
which participant (ESPA,Alcatel,…)

STEP4: Give wards
Here you can add the wards/departments for your system. You can also do this
when you choose wards in the web menu. For further info see part 1.1.5 Wards.
STEP5: Give rooms per ward
Add the rooms for each ward. This option is also available in the web menu. Further
info see part 1.1.2 Rooms.

STEP6: Give devices per ward
Add devices for each ward, this is also available in the web menu. Further info
check 1.1.3 Devices.
STEP7: Enter users
Here you add or choose the users who need access to the wards and rooms you
chose in the steps before. Like the other steps the user step is also found in the
web menu, so for further explanation see step 1.1.4 Users.

Automatic generation of the conversion tables and groups.
STEP9: make a route for each period

In step 9 you can see examples how to program the routes in the IP units. So you
just copy what you see here in the IP unit and the communication between the
netrix groups that are automatically made, is in order. The examples will show for
each period how to fill in the routes in the IP unit.

1.1.2. Rooms
Here you can add the rooms and to which ward/department they belong. The list
you make here can be used in the wizard.

1.1.3. Devices
Here you can add the devicenumbers (for alcatel,ESPA,…) to the ward/department
they belong.

1.1.4. Users
Here you can add the users that have access to the website of the navigator.
Just fill in the name, first name, username and password. Also fill in to which ward
they are connected.

1.1.5. Wards
In the wards menu you can add the different wards/departments.

1.2. Website
The website is the user part of the navigator, here you can program which
devicenumber is connected to the different rooms and choose the netrix group where
everything has to be send to.
You can access the website on the netrix via http://127.0.0.1/netrix or from another
pc in the network by browsing http://(IP address netrix )/netrix .
In the main window of the website you can login with the username and password.

When you login choose iCall in the menu.
Then choose the ward and the period you want.

In this window just drag and drop the devices in the right into the field
corresponding with the roomnumber and which route or group the messages need to
be send. After everything is done don’t forget to press the save button.
