TRANSPORTE Y MANEJO
• Al mover la unidad sosténgala siempre de la base y levántala con suavidad.
• No la incline más de 45 grados, no lo ponga boca abajo o la recueste sobre un lado.
• No se cuelgue de la puerta como apoyo al levantarla.
INSTALACIÓN
1. Coloque la nevera sobre una superficie plana y estable. Esto evitará el sonido por vibración.
2. Elija un área ventilada para su ubicación. Deben existir por lo menos 10 cm libres en todos los lados
de la nevera.
3. Esta ubicación también debe estar alejada de fuentes de calor como por ejemplo la estufa, rayos del
sol o calefacción.
4. El área debe ser seca y libre de suciedad.
PRUEBA INICIAL
1. Limpie la nevera con agua tibia y un poco de detergente y séquela por completo. Recuerde que los
componentes eléctricos deben ser limpiados con una prenda seca.
2. Lleve el termostato a la posición 2 y conecte la nevera en el tomacorriente. El compresor comenzará
a funcionar.
3. Haga la prueba de funcionamiento durante 30 minutos de operación, y asegúrese que llegado este
punto la nevera este fría.
CONTROL DE TEMPERATURA
1. El control de temperatura está ubicado en la parte superior de la unidad.
2. Al girar el termostato se ajusta la temperatura de la nevera.
3. Los números en la circunferencia representan los niveles de enfriamiento, siendo 1 el menos frío y 5
al más frío.
4. La compañía recomienda el nivel 2.5 para una operación normal de enfriamiento.
SUGERENCIAS
• Alimentos como el pescado o la carne pueden ser congelados para mantener su frescura y
mantener sus nutrientes.
• Los alimentos deben ser envueltos en papel aluminio, o algún otro tipo de envoltura que retire el aire.
• No permita que los alimentos congelados entren en contacto con los alimentos en las otras
bandejas, ya que pueden dañarlos.
• Los alimentos que vienen congelados del almacén deben ser guardados lo más pronto posible en el
congelador para evitar que se dañen.
• Nunca coloque frutas y verduras frescas en el congelador ya que puede quemarse en congelador.
CONGELAMIENTO RÁPIDO
• El congelamiento rápido se hace para proteger los alimentos del los grandes cristales de hielo que
se forman cuando estos son congelados a una velocidad lenta. Con el congelamiento rápido se
forman cristales pequeños los cuales no penetran las membranas de la comida. Esto ayuda a
mantener los nutrientes y la frescura de los alimentos.
• El pescado fresco o la carne que serán almacenados por largo tiempo deben ser congelados con

este método.
• Para activar esta función simplemente lleve la temperatura a 4. Una vez los alimentos estén
congelados regrese el termostato a la posición normal.
DESCONGELAMIENTO
El botón de descongelamiento se encuentra en el centro del control de temperatura. Presione el botón
para iniciar a descongelar. El compresor se detiene y la temperatura sube en el interior. Al llegar a estar
entre los 5 a 8 grados, esta función se detendrá y el compresor se activará de nuevo.
Una vez termine de descongelar apague la unidad y posteriormente haga la limpieza correspondiente.
CUBOS DE HIELO
Llene de agua los moldes para hacer hielo, hasta antes de la línea límite. Colóquelos en el congelador
para que se compacte el agua. Los cubos de hielo pueden sacarse torciendo un poco el molde.
PRECAUCIONES
• Coloque la nevera en un lugar de fácil acceso para la conexión eléctrica.
• Use esta unidad solamente en áreas interiores.
• No coloque materiales inflamables dentro de la unidad o cerca de ella.
• Asegúrese de conectar la nevera al polo a tierra. (97V-127V/60Hz)
• Permita una buena circulación del aire en todos los lados de la nevera.
• Asegúrese de retirar la base de empaque antes de usar su nevera.
• Mantenga el cable de poder lejos del compresor y el condensador para prevenir daños en el cable
debido a las altas temperaturas.
• Si el cable presenta daños debe ser reemplazado por el fabricante o un agente de servicio
autorizado.
• Para lograr ahorros y eficiencia en la energía, abra la puerta de la nevera solo las veces que la
necesite y evite abrirla en exceso.
• Limpie la nevera después de descongelarla.
• No altere el sistema de sellado.
• No utilice artículos eléctricos dentro de la nevera.
• No utilice artículos mecánicos para acelerar el proceso de descongelamiento.
• Antes de desechar la unidad, una vez terminada su vida útil, haga que se recoja adecuadamente el
refrigerante.
MANTENIMIENTO
Limpie la nevera una vez al mes. Para hacerlo, siga estas instrucciones:
1. Desconecte la nevera.
2. Retire todos los alimentos.
3. Utilice un trapo suave con agua y un detergente.
4. Limpie y seque por completo.
NOTA
Si no ha de utilizar la unidad por un periodo prolongado asegúrese de desconectarla, retirar todos los
alimentos y limpiarla. Mantenga la puerta abierta para evitar que se concentren malos olores.

RESOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS

MANIFESTACIONES NORMALES
• El refrigerante emite un sonido similar a una suave corriente de agua.
• En áreas húmedas, esta humedad puede adherirse a la cubierta de la nevera. Simplemente limpie
esta humedad.
• El compresor se calienta mucho. Esto es normal, pero recuerde no tocarlo.
• El calor alrededor del marco de la puerta también es normal.

retire la cubierta, no hay partes manipulables por el usuario

Transportation
During transportation, the refrigerator should be lifted up from the bottom at an angle not
more than 45 degrees. Handle with care. Do not place upside down, or lye it horizontally,
or force into small spaces. When moving the refrigerator short distances, indoors, tilt the
unit slightly and push the unit on the back castors wheels.

1. The ground should be even and solid. Levelling adjustment s can be made by turning
the levelling screw s, to avoid vibration and noise.
2. Choose a place with good ventilation. A space of 10cm or more should be reserved
on both sides and at the back of the refrigerator.
3. Situate the unit in a place where there is no heat source, direct sunlight or furnace
baking.
4. Situate the unit in a place where there is low humidity and no corrosive gas exposure
.
Instructions for Use
Remove the packaging and use lukewarm water with a small quantity of
Neutral detergent to wipe and clean every place of the refrigerator. (only use a dry cloth
for cleaning electric elements).
Rotate temperature control to the mid-step. Turn on the power, the lighting lamp inside
should be on when then compressor starts. Close the door for a few minutes, and then
the surface temperature gradually rises. Approximately 30 minutes later, open the door

of the freezing compartment, the surface of the evaporator becomes frosted, which is
normal.
Temperature Control
The temperatures of fridge and freezer sections are controlled by the temperature
controller mounted on the side wall of the fridge cabinet.
The temperature controller has numbers on it representing variations of temperature,
which you can change to suit your needs and environment:
• Number “1” represents the highest temperature
• Number “3” represents the mid temperature
• Number “5” represents the coldest temperature
Freezer Storage
The frozen food bought should be put into freezing compartment as quickly as possible to
keep fresh, and maintain the nutritional value of the food.
Once frozen food has been defrosted, it is not suitable for freezing again, and should be
cooked or consumed as soon as possible.
Fresh food and frozen foods should not be stored together in one container.
Fridge Storage
Cooked or warm food should only be stored in the fridge once it has cooled down to room
temperature.
Fresh food should be stored in a sealed container to keep it fresher for longer, and to
avoid flavour and odor transference.
Fruits and vegetables should be stored in the crisper drawer.
Defrosting
The defrosting push-button is in the center of knob of the temperature controller. Push the
button, and the compressor stops working and the temperature inside will increase
gradually.
When it reaches between 5-8 degrees, the defrosting push button will automatically reset,
and compressor will restart again.
After the refrigerator has been defrosted, turn off the power, before wiping up the water.

Ice Cubes
Fill water into the ice making trays, below the graduated line, then place in the freezing
compartment. Ice cubes can be removed by twisting the ice trays.
Important Notices
• No combustibles, explosives or volatiles, such as methanol, ethanol and petroleum, etc…,
are allowed to be stored in the refrigerator.
• An independent power socket with reliable earthing should be used. 97V-127V/60Hz or the
motor will get damaged.
• Null wire (N end) on the socket cannot be connected with the ground wire (! end)
• The bottom base packaging must be removed to ensure air ventilation, low power
consumption and to eliminate hidden fire peril.
• If the power is cut during operation, wait for 5 minutes before restarting, to avoid damaging
the refrigerator.
• The power cable should not be too close to the compressor and back plate, as the high
temperature could destroy the insulation.
• Minimize frequency and time of opening the refrigerator to save power.
• After the refrigerator has been defrosted and de-energised, the water and ice inside should
be wiped clean to avoid smell. Too much frost will affect the refrigerators performance. Be
sure to turn off the power before wiping up the water inside.
Defrosting twice a week is recommended, to prevent water overflowing out of the water pan.
• The surface of the compressor should be cleaned with a soft brush, from time to time, in
order to ensure a good heat radiation effect. Be sure to switch off the power before doing so.
• The refrigerator should be kept clean, both inside and outside, by cleaning at regular intervals
with warm water and a small quantity of neutral detergent.
Boiling water, cleanser, or acid-based materials, as well as organic solvent such as benzene
are not to be used at all. Be sure to cut off the power supply when cleaning, to ensure safety.
• If the refrigerator is not used for a long period, both the internal and external surfaces, as well
as the accessories, should be cleaned first.
Trouble Shooting
• No Operation

o Is the voltage too low?
o Is the power plug connected firmly into the socket?
o Is the temperature controller in the forced stop point?

o Is the refrigerator installed in a level position?
o Is the water pan correctly mounted?
o Are there any loose parts?

If you fail to judge the cause of the problem, and it persists, then please contact an
authorized service agent.
The following cases are not malfunctions:
• Slight sound of water flow inside the pipes.
• During the rainy or humid seasons, dew forms on the surface of refrigerator, which can
then be wiped off with a dry cloth?
• In summer, the compressor and back plate are warm and even hot while the
refrigerator is working.

• Replacement of the supply cord must be done by the manufacturer or a qualified electrician
• The light bulb can be replaced by the manufacturer, qualified electrician or yourself, carefully, when it
is out of use.
