" Your"wine cellar" has three leveling legs whichare located in the
front and rear corners of your wine ceJlan After properly placing )'our
wine cellar in its final position, you can level your wine ceJJan
Leveling legs can be adiusted by turning them clockwise to raise ),'our
wine cellar or by turning them counterclockwise to lower your wine
ceJJanThe wine ce/ar door wiJJdose easier when the Jevding legs are
extended.
®After leveling legs are adjusted, the door support also needs to be
adjusted to floor level.

®Toassure your wine cellar works at the maximum efficiency it was
designed for, you should instal it in a location where there is proper air
circulation, plumbing and dectricaJ connections.
The following are recommended clearances around the wine cellar:

Note: Ifyour wine cellar hasbeentiled for any reason,wait 24 hours

Make sure there is a suitable power Outlet (] 20 volts, 15 amps outlet)
with proper grounding to power the wine cellar.
®Avoid the use of three plug adapters or cuting off the third grounding in
order to accommodate a two plug outlet. This is a dangerous practice
since it provides no effective grounding for the wine cellar and may
resuit in shock hazard.

®Do not install ),'our wine cellar in any location not properly insulated or
heated e.g. garage etc. Your wine cdlar was not designed to operate in
temperature settings below 55 ° Fahrenheit
Select a suitable location for the wine cellar on a hard even
surface away from direct sunlight or heat source e.g. radiators,
baseboard heaters, cooking appliances etc Any floor unevenness
should be corrected with the leveling legs located on the front and rear
bottom corners of the wine cellar.
®Your wine cellar is designed for free-standing installation only. It is not
designed for built-in application.

®Avoid theuseof an extensioncord becauseof potentialsafetyhazards
under certainconditions.If it is necessaryto usean extensioncord, use
onJya 3-wire extensioncord thathasa 3-bJadegrounding pJugand a

cord mustbe equal to or greaterthantheeJectricdrating of the
appJiance.
Setup
Once you have pJugged the unit into an electricaJ outlet, Jetthe unit run for at least
30 minutes to accJimatize itseJfbefore making any adiustments. During this time the
Red Wine Jightwill stay on. Temperature inside the cdJar, if not adiusted, wiJJreach
a _ange of 55°-60"F.

The wine ceJJaris preset from the factory to automaticaJJy
to accommodate temperature requirements for red or white wines_ Hfyou
store mostJywhite wines, press the _White Wine' _button and the wine
coder wiJJmaintain an average temperature between 45' to 50 °F.
Pushing the _Red Wine _ button wiJJyield an average temperature
between 55 ° to 60 ° F.
The wine ceJJarcan be setto any temperature between 39 ° and 65°F to
accommodate your wine storage requirements To set the temperature
hdd the _Set_ button for about 3 seconds untiJ the Jacksign disappears_
Now press the _Set_ button again_ You wiJJnotice the temperature
dispJay Mink. Pressthe red or white wine button to increase or decrease
the temperature setting_ Once the desired temperature is attained, press
the _Set_buttom Doing this, the eJectronic contrd paneJ wiJJmemorize
the setting. The temperature dispJay wiJJread the inside temperature. It
may take some time to reach the settemperature.

because the wine cellar activates and deactivates trying to maintain
your desired temperature. There is often a 10° variance between the top
and bottom shelves of the wine coder. Therefore, if you have set the
wine cellar for 50' and have a mix of red and white wines, you may
want to put the white wine on the bottom shelf where the temperature
will be 45 ° F,and place the red wine on the top shelf where the
temperature wiJJbe 55 ° F.
