1. Find a clean, level place to begin the assembly
of your billiard Table. The table will be assembled
upside down and then turned upright onto its
legs. This is a heavy table and turning it over will
require at least two strong adults, however four
adults is recommended.
2. Remove all of the contents from the box and
verify that you have all of the listed parts as shown
on the Parts Identifier Page. Carefully cut or tear
the four carton corners so that the bottom of the
box can lay flat and act as your work area.
3. Using Hex Bolt (#15) and Washer (#17) attach
the Leg Top Panel (#5) to the top of the Inside
Leg (#7). The Hex Bolt (#15) bolts into the Barrel
Nut (#19). See FIG. 1A and 1B
NOTE:
the Barrel Nut in the proper direction to receive the
Hex Bolt (#15).

4. Carefully align the seams of the front Molded
Leg A (#8) and the front Molded Leg B (#9) and
snap them into place from top to bottom using
the locking pieces on the Molded Legs.
See FIG. 2A
NOTE: Listen for “click” sound when snapping
legs together, this will indicate that the legs are
5. Next, snap together the back Molded Leg C
(#10) and back Molded Leg D (#11) in the same
sequence, top to bottom. See FIG. 2B.
6. Repeat the same procedure to assemble the
other three legs.

7. Place one Inside Leg Assembly (from FIG. 1)
inside one set of Molded Legs (A and B ) prepared
in FIG. 2. Do the same for the Molded Legs (C and
D). See FIG. 3A.
8. Align the holes of the two sets of Molded Legs
(A and B, C and D) and attach using four Screws
(#12). See FIG. 3B.
NOTE: It is NOT RECOMMENDED to use a power
screwdriver when assembling the molded legs.
Over-tightening of the screw may damage the leg.
9. Secure the Molded Leg Assembiles to the
lnside Leg Assemblies with two Screws (#13) per
assembly at the top. See FIG. 3C.
10. Repeat the same procedure to assemble the
other legs.

11. Align the Lower Side Aprons (#2) and Lower
End Aprons (#3) as shown in FIG.4. Attach them
together using one Corner Brace (#4), four
Washers (#17) and four Bolts (#16) per corner.
Repeat step for the remaining three corners.
12. Attach the assembled Leg onto the Apron
assembly with Washers (#17) and four Bolts (#16)
per leg using the Wrench (#21) provided.
See FIG. 5.
13. Lift the table assembly from the floor with at
least two strong adults, turn it over, and set the
table assembly on its legs in the location where
you will play. See FIG.5A.

14. Carefully, turn the Billiard Cabinet (#1) over
15. Attach Cue Rack Middle Shelf (#23) to Cue
Rack Side Panel-A (#25) and Cue Rack Side Panel
-B (#26) with Screws (#37)
16. Attach Cue Rack Base Panel (#24) to #25 and
#26 with Screws (#37)
18. With screws (#13) to attach the Triangle Hook
(#29) to front side of Cue Rack Top Panel.
17. Using Screws (#36) to attach Cue Fixture (#20)
and Cue Rack Top Panel (#22) . At meantime, Screw
Cue Rack Mounting Fastener (#30) to back side of
Cue Rack Top Panel (#22) with screws (#13)
and place it on top of the Apron/Leg assembly.
From underneath the table, secure them
together with twelve Bolts (#14), twenty-four
Washers (#17), and twelve Nuts (#18).
See FIG.6A and 6B.
Go back and make sure that all hardware is
tight.
PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT lift the table by the
pockets. If you move the table, do not lift it by
placing your hands beneath the pockets and do
not lean or put pressure on them. Do not lean or
sit on the end or side rails as this may damage the
table.
