3.2. Routine checks
1. Check engine oil.
Warning
The oil capacity is 0.6L when the oil level is in normal condition, use will seriously
damage it.
Warning
Use clean, good quality oil suitable for 4-stroke engines. Dirty oil or other oil will
shorten engine life.
Put the engine in a horizontal position.
Unscrew the oil level indicator and clean it (see image 3)
Place the oil dipstick into the oil filler hole (do not screw it in)
Take out the oil bar, it is normal condition if the oil is in the bar range.
SAE15W40 or SAE30 oil type is recommended, it is suitable for common
temperatures.
2. Check the transmission case oil.
Place the cultivator horizontally, unscrew the oil dipstick (see image 4).
The normal oil filling capacity is 1.6L and the level is below the lip of the oil
filler hole. If the oil level is too low, fill oil to the normal line.
9
3. Check the air filter
Warning
It is prohibited to start the engine without an air filter, it will accelerate the abrasion
of the engine.
4. Rudder adjustment
I. Handrail height adjustment
Attention
In case the cultivator falls, place the cultivator in
position horizontal.
Loosen the adjustment handle, choose the
appropriate opening, adjust the handle frame to a
comfortable height, and then fix it firmly (see picture

II. Adjust the height of the strong rod to control
the tilling depth (figure 6).
III. Clutch adjustment and operation.
Attention
Reduce engine speed before using the clutch.
With "Separation" and "Combination" of the clutch, you can control the
power output.
When you grab the clutch handle, the clutch is combined, then the tiller can
move (see picture 7)
When you release the clutch handle, the clutch separates, engine power is
cut to the tiller, and then the tiller stops (see image 8).
Attention
If the clutch cable is not properly adjusted, it may affect
the regular service of the cultivator.
10
Make sure the clutch cable tension, if not in the range (see image 9), adjust
the bolt to the correct position.
Start the engine to check clutch separation and combination if necessary.
IV. Belt tension adjustment.
Grab the clutch handle, the tensioner pulley moves up to tension the belt,
the normal range is 60-65mm (picture 10)
If it is outside this range, please adjust as follows: First, loosen the 4 fixed
bolts, move the motor forward if the belt is too loose, move it backward
when it is too tight. Make sure the tension is in the normal range and then fix
the bolts (picture 11).
Loosen the bolts of the belt protection frame, grab the clutch handle, adjust
the gap between the frame and the belt.
V. Oil throttle cable adjustment
Normal idle speed range: 1500±150r/min, high speed: 3800±50r/min, can be
adjusted according to the speed indicator.
Confirmation method and speed adjustment.
a) Without load, turn the switch on the hand frame to the largest position, see if
the revolution meter shows 3800 ± 50, turn the switch to the smallest
position, see if it shows 1600 ± 150.
b) If the revolution meter indicators are not between the above numbers, you
need to make some adjustment to the gasoline engine. The following are
specific facts:
o Watch for falls at each connection, fix it to normal position if it falls or
comes loose.
Little

release the stop handle and the machine will stop by itself.
Reverse: Check the area behind you and make sure there are no obstacles.
Put the neutral gear "N" first and grab the right handlebar of the reverse gear.
Press the clutch release and slowly squeeze the clutch handlebar. Then start
walking backwards with the machine.
Release the clutch handle and it will stop the machine from moving backwards.
Now release the reverse handlebar and the machine's forward direction will return
to the previous forward direction.
ATTENTION: Before engaging reverse gear, reduce the engine speed by
lowering the revolutions to minimum on the speed control (if the engine does not
stop, the speed usually drops to 2000 rpm/min). This will reduce the risk of injury.
Warning: In reverse gear, the direction of the work blades rotates towards
the user. Be sure not to touch or be intercepted by the blades while moving
backwards. Be careful and release the clutch handle quickly in case you lose
control of the machine. Do not use reverse gear if the space behind the user does
not exceed 3 meters free.
If you want to change gears while the machine is rotating, reduce the speed to
minimum and release the clutch until the machine stops. Then engage the desired
gear.
To make turns with the machine, point the handlebar towards the side you want to
move forward.
ATTENTION: When making a turn, do not grab other types of levers or grips
on the machine other than those on the handlebars, as damage may be caused
by the movements.

A dirty air filter will reduce the air that the engine carburettor can receive. Check
the carburettor regularly to avoid malfunctions. Check and clean the carburettor
and air filter if the machine is operated in harsher dust or dirt conditions.
WARNING: Do not use gasoline or highly flammable
solvent to clean the air filter, as it could catch fire as it is a
flammable liquid.
ATTENTION: Do not use the machine without the air filter.
Environmental dirt and dust could enter directly into the engine
and cause serious damage to the engine body such as wear or
seizure.
Loosen the wing nut on the air filter guard and remove the
cover.
Remove the air filter.
Wash the filter in soapy water or low-flammable solvent. Let air dry.
Dip the air filter into thick oil and move it around so that it is evenly coated.
The engine will smoke a lot if the filter contains too much oil.
Remove the old oil in the air filter housing and clean the container.
Pour clean oil again into the air filter container (approx. 0.1L).
Replace the air filter and protect it with the corresponding cover.
5.3. Spark plug
The separation distance on the electrode must always be exact and there must be
no presence of carbon. If these problems occur, remove and replace the spark
plug.

Start the engine and achieve a normal working temperature. With the engine at
idle, adjust the control screw until the proper idle speed is achieved (approx.:
1600±150 rpm).
WARNING: If the engine stops suddenly, the muffler temperature may be
high. Please wait for the temperature to be suitable.
6. Maintenance of the tiller
Due to use, friction damage and load changes, the connecting bolt may be
loosened, spare parts may be damaged, engine power may decrease,
consumption may increase, or other problems will strictly influence the normal use
of the machine. cultivator.
To avoid this, maintenance must be strictly controlled on a regular basis to ensure
the correct condition and operation of the machine to prolong the service life.
Good maintenance of your tiller will provide the machine with a longer useful life
and better performance when carrying out any work in your orchard, garden, etc.
To help you achieve this, we detail below a series of basic maintenance,
inspection and verification actions that do not require great specialization on the
part of the user. Any other type of service that is more complicated or requires
special tools should always be carried out at the nearest specialized centre, where
there will be a specialized mechanic.
6.1. First steps
A new machine, or a machine after a major repair, will need to work at no load for
about an hour and then work at half load for about 5 hours. After this first
softening, it is advisable to change the engine oil and add new gasoline, to let it
rest for at least 4 hours before the first normal job or with a higher load.
6.2. Maintenance
Maintenance is the key to proper performance of your machine and is the
responsibility of the user. Poor maintenance means greater problems and
breakdowns. Follow the advice of your specialized centre.
When performing any maintenance task, keep the work area clean and tidy.
Make sure power tools are properly grounded. Work in well-lit places.
Make sure the machine is completely turned off and at rest before
performing any repair or maintenance. This will eliminate the possibility of
accidents or injuries to the user.
The carbon monoxide emitted in engine combustion is poisonous and can
kill you if you run the machine indoors. Make sure there is good ventilation in
your workplace. NEVER turn on the machine in closed or poorly ventilated
places.
Let the engine and exhaust cool before touching anything. Do not start the
