Carefullyunpackandidentifyallpartsreferringtotheillustrationfor

partsidentification.

Turnoffpowerattheoutletboxwherethefixturewillbeinstalled.

InserttheBackplateScrews(A)intotheMountingPlate(E)and

tightenwiththeHexNuts(C)providedontheBackplateScrews(A).

AttachtheMountingPlate(E)tooutletboxusingtheMounting

Screws(D),tightenwithascrewdriver.Ensurethesideofthe

MountingPlate(E)marked“GND”isfacingout.

Whileholdingthefixture,connecttheblackwirefromfixturetothe

hotwire(usuallyblackorsmooth)fromtheoutletboxusingaWire

Connector(G).Connectthewhitewirefromfixturetotheneutral

wire(usuallywhiteorribbed)fromtheoutletboxusingaWire

Connector(G).DONOTREVERSETHEHOTANDNEUTRALWIRE

CONNECTIONS;OTHERWISE,SAFETYWILLBECOMPROMISED.

Iftheoutletboxhasgroundwire(greenorbarecopper),connect

thegreengroundwirefromthefixturetoitusingaWireConnector

(G).Iftheoutletboxdoesnothaveagroundwire,connectthe

greengroundwireoutletboxfromthefixturetothegreenground

screwprovidedontheMountingPlate(E).

Tuckthesewireconnectionsneatlyintotheoutletbox,placethe

Backplate(B)overtheMountingPlate(E)andalignthetwoholeson

theBackplate(B)withtheBackplateScrews(A),securethe

Backplate(B)withtheBallNuts(F)untilthefixtureissecuredtothe

wall.

PlacetheGlassShades(H)andtheSocketCollars(K)overthe

socketsandsecuretheGlassShades(H)inplaceusingtheSocket

Rings(I).
