Place the bowl (1) on a level surface that cannot be damaged by water.

It needs to be near a properly grounded electrical supply

Place the pump in the bowl (1) and feed the electrical cord of the pump (3) through the

opening in the bottom.

Installing the rubber seal (stopper) over the standpipe.

a. Leave about 8 inches of cord between the pump (3) and the rubber seal.

b. Flip up the collar of the rubber seal and position over the top of the pipe.

c. Carefully flip the collar of the seal downwards over the pipe so it fits snugly.

d. Be sure it sits all the way down on the pipe so there are no air pockets.

While holding the top flower section (2), connect the flexible hose

(extending from the bottom) to the top of the pump (3).

Then set down into place over the basin (1).

Fill the basin (1) with water, then plug the pump (3) into a properly grounded outlet.

Loop the wire of the power cable into a drip loop to avoid electric shock

and/or outlet damage.
